Pros:

Breakfast was good, staff was nice.

Cons:

Our first room had fleas, to the extent my legs were bitten up from sleeping overnight, they did accommodate and move us rooms. Which they didn’t seem surprised when I came up to the front desk saying there were fleas in my room and showing the videos of them. The second room we went to had black mold on the ceiling above the AC unit and smelled of mold terribly.

It met our needs
Pros:

The lady at the check in counter upon arrival was wonderful. She also gave us the furthest room since we had littles with us to help neighbors block a bit of sound if needed.

Cons:

Our entry way light didn’t work so that made it hard with 2 moms getting ready. Additionally, after we checked in, grabbed dinner and came back, our door was open? Not sure how that happened. The floors on every level were VERY sticky.

Do not pick this hotel
Pros:

Don”t pick this hotel. It’s old & musty smelling. The carpet & sofa felt damp & room was very musty. Front desk assured me they would switch my room but when I returned later that day they claimed to have fixed it, couldn’t tell me how it was fixed though. The room I moved to was in the lower level, carpet had been removed & had an actual portable dehumidifier in the room. I had to empty the tank 2x per day. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough

Good stay
Pros:

We stayed here for one night. Great, clean, comfortable rooms - Hilton beds and pillows. Bathroom clean and good strong shower. The breakfast offered what typical Hampton Inns offer - eggs, meat, potatoes, oat meal, cereals, fruit, yogurt, waffles, bagels, hard boiled eggs, toast. The woman who serves it does a great job. Where she’s limited is: the breakfast space is tight, and the food she has to serve is not up to her. The meat is a low quality ham looking thing, and the omelette is overly salty. The cereals ought to offer healthy choices, like Raisin Bran (currently all sugary cereals). All in all a good stay!

Pros:

The staff was friendly

Cons:

I never got keys to my room. They were having issues with the system and had to copy my card and driver's license. They were also having issues with the key maker so someone had to walk me to my room. The first room they told us to go to was occupied when we got there. Then we went back downstairs to get another room. Long story short.. I never got my key to my room

Next time im in area I will try the hotel next door or across street.
Pros:

The woman who handled the breakfast was amazing- hard working and very pleasant

Cons:

Cleanliness was not there. Elevators were really dirty . Pool was disappointing- not that clean and water cold and atmosphere around pool was depressing.

The bed was comfortable, location was fine

Cons:

There was a disgusting stain on the bed skirt & we didn’t realize until about 2 in the morning when we got back from our concert. The bathroom was leaking water into the floor.
Someone threw up in the hallway and it sat there for 9hrs and never was cleaned up. We notified the front desk.

It was an alright stay. It was pretty clean just had issues with toilet and elevators.
Cons:

The elevator barley worked only one was in operation. It was very slow. The toilet also made a long loud high pitched noise when you flushed it.
