Location to the airport, only 6 minutes away.

Cons:

People smoking just outside the exit doors, I’m not sure what the law is smoking that close to the doors. The room smelled, not clean, almost like urine. It appeared the sheets were clean but there was dust on the desk and night stand. None of light fixtures worked. Burned out bulbs, not sure. The bathroom needs maintenance to the walls. The electrical receptacles are in very poor condition. While trying to change my phone, the plug continued to fall out. This could be a fire hazard. There was trash around the exit door going to the pool. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

I didn’t receive clean towels no room clean no trash take out or trash bags for 7 days and of course no breakfast would be left within 25 minutes of the start of breakfast

it’s was good except for not being able to have the pool when i paid and expected it

i did not like the fact that the pool was closed and didn’t know till after i checked in i already booked it days in advance and i get hotels for the purpose of pools for my kids and me

Filthy Hotel, very expensive for what you get! I recommendation is to avoid it and it cost.

The location was good. Near anything you’d need. Other than that, nothing.

Cons:

From the time we walked in the door it is filthy! Holes in the walls, definitely needs to be cleaned. Need an overhaul. Locks on adjoining room doors don’t work. The security lock from outside is also broken. Anyone needing to charge phones etc avoid this hotel. There are no visible outlets anywhere but bathroom. Also the price quoted on booking.com did not include pet fee, which we were told nothing about. We also stated we had our dog with us. Ended up costing an extra $36 PER NIGHT, outrageous. For the price of this room, we could’ve had a nice luxury hotel downtown. Our recommendation is to avoid this place at all costs. Very disappointing for a Clarion hotel.
