No soy tan fan de la comida gringa... pero estuvo bien.. y a buen precio.
Yo sugeriría un poco más de comida saludable como verduras .. solo eso...
We have stayed at your hotel many times and always love it, but our last stay, the room was not up to par and next time we come will ask not to be given that room again.
Bed was comfortable, staff was nice
Everything is dated. Stairwells and hallways had poor temperature control. The room was better, but the AC was set to 67 and ran constantly but didn't cool well. Had to sleep with a leg out. You pay for the name on the hotel and can get much better value for your dollar elsewhere.
Pratique car il était situé à côté de nos amis, propre et confortable
Very nice hotel. The room was very good. I heard a noise whether it was from pipes or something else bothered me.
We stayed in the Villas in the back of the main property and they were just old and outdated, very small bathrooms.
For nearly $200 per night, our stay was underwhelming. The main lobby creates a great first impression with its beautiful, classic, almost old-Hollywood charm — but that feeling fades quickly once you move beyond it. Our room was located in the North Villa, a separate building that felt outdated and noticeably worn. The décor was old, the temperature inside was uncomfortably hot, and there was a persistent stale smell throughout the space.
The double queen room itself was a good size, and the beds were reasonably comfortable with clean linens. Unfortunately, the positives ended there. The room’s AC struggled to cool the space, was extremely loud, and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The refrigerator was also noisy and oddly placed in a far corner. Adding to the noise issues, a freeway exit sits right behind the building, making restful sleep difficult. Light from the hallway streamed through the gaps around the door, leaving the room partially lit even at night.
We also noticed wall damage, a few dirty spots, and an overall lack of upkeep. The bathroom was small, and the water temperature fluctuated throughout each shower. Additionally, the tub faucet wouldn’t fully shut off when switching to the shower.
For the price, amenities were disappointing. There was no complimentary breakfast, and the on-site restaurant charged $30 for a mediocre buffet. While the room ultimately served its purpose for a two-night stay, the overall experience did not justify the cost. Perhaps rooms in the main building provide a different experience, but based on this visit, I don’t see myself returning — especially when there are better-priced options nearby that offer more value.
Older hotel but very comfortable and an excellent location.
All good. Thanks
Comfortable and spacious. Breakfast in the restaurant was good. (Ordered from the menu)
One of the sinks in the bathroom was not working (no water). Manager offered to send maintenance but we declined as we were only there 1 night
The location
The rooms in the Clayton building . Too far away from the entry and exit. No windows
Do not stay here. First off, the layout of this hotel is very odd, a little like a motel. They have a main building, where you check in, but they have an “out” building called the Clayton, that is completely separate from the main building. The night we arrived the Clayton building had no power, so the lobby, rooms and garage were pitch black and the elevators did not work. They moved is to a suite in the main building, which had a septic smell in the shower drain, many of the electrical outlets were broken and lights did not properly work. This is an “old world charm” hotel that is just old. We also found many of the front desk staff to be not friendly or helpful. Our room was not cleaned after our first night and when I called to ask, the front desk said that if our do not disturb sign was up (we took it down at 10:00am) the cleaning staff would not have come back later.
I expect far better for the rates this hotel charges for being in the Frontenac area.
Do not stay here.
The bathroom needed updating.
Old. It's old, it's musty. Smells bad.
Be careful to not bother the wait staff in Provinces, the onsite restaurant. 930pm, and she's not interested in more people?!
