Pros:

The room, service, and property was beautiful. We enjoyed walking around. It felt like a maze to find things but we found that exciting and we were given a map at the beginning of our stay.

Cons:

There were too many families there. Way too many kids in the pool. I think they should consider better lighting for the pool area and offer an hour or two at the end of the night for just adults.

Disappointing
Pros:

Travelled from Virginia to St. Louis and paid more than many decent hotels in the area, but the experience was disappointing. The hotel looked great in the Google pictures, but the room had bugs, there was no elevator in the building, and check-in was not pleasant. Definitely not worth it.

Pros:

The accommodation was excellent. The hotel is older in style, but very well maintained. The bed is extremely comfortable, the food is outstanding, and the staff are exceptionally kind. Highly recommended. The gym was very well equipped.

Cons:

In my room the shower controls were behind the shower door which was wide. I was unable to turn on the tap without being blasted by cold water and adjusting the temperature was not comfortable

Disappointing Return Stay
Pros:

When we stayed here back in 2022 this was a perfectly pleasant Hilton, not perfect, but fine (my review was aptly titled "Solid but not Perfect"), but since then this hotel hasn't improved and has instead moved backward. The only positive of our stay was the breakfast, which was very good (and a majority of the dishes are priced very affordably) and had excellent staff! Beyond that, the bathroom remains dated and poor. Our shower leaked terribly onto the floor and had caused permanent water damage to the door. The shower head looked very dirty and didn't function correctly (only some of the spouts allowed water to flow properly-likely due to all the calcium buildup). These should be regularly cleaned with CLR! There was also peeling paint on the ceiling. The room itself was generally clean and spacious, but the bed was very uncomfortable-very firm and bouncy. Overall, this was not a particularly pleasant stay and I wouldn't rush back any time soon.

Amazing service and staff, beautiful asethetic, delicious food, needs an upgrade in the actual room.
Pros:

I liked the overall aesthetic of the buildings and the staff were very helpful. The texting option with staff was very convenient.

Cons:

The bathroom in the hotel room was very small and there wasn’t much space. It made rooming with children difficult.

Overpriced, overrated dated. You pay for the Hilton name and it's not worth it.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable, staff was nice

Cons:

Everything is dated. Stairwells and hallways had poor temperature control. The room was better, but the AC was set to 67 and ran constantly but didn't cool well. Had to sleep with a leg out. You pay for the name on the hotel and can get much better value for your dollar elsewhere.
