Great stay, although we were in Duluth for medical reasons and the second night was not that restful
Pros:

Breakfast was good with good choice of food. Rooms were calmly decorated and convenience of charging and bathroom amenities was great.

Cons:

There were children running in the halls and talking loudly for more time than it takes to get settled in their room, although I recognize that is not your fault.

Disappointing
Pros:

The rooms appeared to newly renovated. The beds were decently comfortable.

Cons:

The breakfast was very sub par compared to other hotels in the area of a similar per night rate. The staff were always on their phones behind the check in counter. There were no water fountains to get a drink from. The shampoo and conditioner bottles were dirty and had old products all over them. The pool was not as advertised. There was no hot tub. And they did not let guest know of the wifi password. No regular info was given about the amenities at check in. And getting to the one very small drive way entrance at the top of a hill was not easy to navigate. Over I was very disappointed.

Cons:

They need to let people know that the parking lot is small and only one way in and out. No hot tub and the pool was more a kiddie pool. Breakfast was lacking

Pretty average for this hotel chain.
Cons:

SMOKERS right at front entrance. Wearing AmericInn work uniforms. Some appeared to be housekeepers and front desk staff!

Pros:

Convenient to the road we were traveling. Enjoyed the free breakfast . Almost as good as the $40 breakfast we had the day before...almost.
