Clean, good location
The breakfast was basic but good
A better breakfast
I loved the fact of how close it was to the mall and a lot of great places to eat
I kind of wish they would’ve had a hot tub, but other than that it was a great stay
Location
Na
Location, staff was friendly
Noisy neighbors, windows made screeching/whistle sound from wind and beds were hard
Very nice, comfortable room. Had early Dr. Appointment so was unable to have breakfast.
Nothing. Adjoining room was a bit noisy though
The rooms were big enough that you weren't bumping into each other.

Leaving Duluth....Love that town...Louie the ArtisT...
The front desk guy asked a lot of questions I’ve never been asked before while checking in and was rude
The location was very conveniently located.
Where do we start….While the room was decently clean (there was goldfish in the a/c vent & dog food by the bed legs), ok size for being a suite and the staff was polite, there were some other things I couldn’t just get past to make this visit better. First being that our bathroom door kept getting stuck to where you had to YANK hard to get it open. My daughter got stuck in the bathroom in the middle of the night and couldn’t get out and had to bang on the door to wake us up so she could get out. That triggered her anxiety. We had mentioned this to the staff the next morning and she kinda laughed at me and said she would try to find someone to fix it but it never happened. The walls to that hotel are paper thin. You could hear EVERY. SINGLE. THING. that happened all around you, thru the hall way, and the floor above you making it hard to rest. Also, forget using the pool because you couldn’t even get the door open. My husband was yanking with all his might after scanning the room card and it didn’t open. Breakfast was terrible as well. The choices were not appetizing and the steam warmer either didn’t have enough water in it or it was cranked too hot because the food was dried out, flavorless, and rubbery. The edges of the egg omelette thing were “burnt” from being stuck to the side of the pan. On our second day, the pancake machine had something stuck inside and wasn’t dispensing pancakes properly—they came out like crepes. When it was mentioned, they brushed it off. At one point a staff brought in some different eggs and my husband had made a comment about how he was happy to see scrambled eggs because the other was not good and she said you’re right, I wouldn’t eat them either because they are gross. WHO SAYS THAT?
Continental breakfast and friendly staff
No hot tub :(
