Pros:

The staff and the pillows, thats about it.

Cons:

The room smelled like wet socks. Might as well have Breakfast at McDonald's, its much better in comparison. This has got to be the worst business lodging I have ever experienced. Never at this location again. I will be letting the whole team know not to book at this property. Least the staff was great. Other than that, book elsewhere.

went to a concert at the Moody center. It was close by, a comfy stay, & it came with breakfast!

Great one night stay traveling through.
Pros:

Parking area was smaller than I expected. Food delivery for the area was decent. Did a stay over night since traveling through. Great for an overnight stay. AC worked great.

Cons:

Location not really close to food places but it was good otherwise.

Pros:

Very nice staff who took the time to look up my rewards account. Our two rooms were next door to one another which was perfect. Great location and easy to get to and from the university and food and shopping.

Cons:

Breakfast was minimal. The egg bites were good but the oatmeal packages were eh. Coffee was okay and they ran out quickly

Good stay, convenient location
Pros:

Great location right on I-35. Friendly front desk staff. Well-stocked breakfast with the usual continental and hot food offerings, including make your own waffles. The room was a bit smaller than other Fairfield Inn locations I have stayed, but I was just there one night, so no big deal. The bed and pillows are comfortable. I would stay here again.

A pleasantly surprisingly good stay
Pros:

I selected the location to be close to my meeting location - and have stayed at other hotels and motels in the vicinity on previous trips - Fairfield was by far a much more pleasant experience. The room was clean, the towels were surprisingly thick and fluffy, and the entire place just had a good 'vibe'.

Cons:

The only "issue" I had was finding the street from the I-35 service road - I missed it entirely on my first attempt and after making a mile long loop got it the second time - if there were a sign indicating where to turn it would be much better (though no doubt the hotel cannot put signs up on the public road - it's just that the building is set pretty far back so you cannot see the hotel itself from the corner).
