Pros:

The hotel is quiet at the time that we stayed. The room is very clean and staffs are fine. The location is work well for us. The only thing happened during the night that we arrived, the power outraged due to storm and we can not access the room by key or watch TV, but still AC in room.

Great hotel. Nice, clean, great value. Underground parking to avoid heat and hail. Great place to keep car when going on an air trip. Shawna at the front desk super helpful and professional

After 3 hr drive there and long day of festivities, all we wanted to do was get to bed and didn’t get to room and ready

The 30-45 min wait to check in. The hotel was left unattended with no front staff. We had to wait for staff member to come from another location. All we wanted to do was get to bed. This happened at midnight.
