Cons:

No housekeeping. No call back or answer to housekeeping for towels. Around 12am maintenance was carpet cleaning in room next door. and a liquid from the machine leaked under the door into our room. Wet and sticky. $50 parking.

Beautiful upscale modern restaurant in the hotel, loved the decor in the front foyer and common areas, lots of great breakfast spots within walking distance, quick walk to beach, friendly staff, clean room, elevated well-appointed decor in room, spotless bathroom, pristine bedding and comfortable mattress
