Pros:

Enjoyed the M lounge and the game area outside. Outdoor fire pit seating areas are very nice.

Cons:

Staff was subpar. Asked for water bottles, never came. Asked for toilet paper because the cleaner didn't add any, never came. Called the front desk my first night and couldn't get hold of anyone, had to walk down.

An excellent stay.
Pros:

People were friendly, rooms were excellent and location good.

Cons:

Outside the cushions by the fire pit could have been a bit cleaner as they were stained and some of the tables outside remained dirty for a while.

I wish there was a hot tub.

Up a river, no paddle!
Pros:

Shout out to staff at Napa Valley Marriott who helped us with our reservation on the weekend 101 got shut down from the King Tides. We got stuck in San Rafael with nowhere to go. We called Napa Valley Marriott and the receptionist and Manager helped us with the reservation. Kudos for helping us. We will be back!

Pros:

Es un hotel súper lindo, con instalaciones muy bien pensadas… La hora del vino en la tarde me gustó!

Cons:

Lo único que puedo decir es que el gimnasio está fuera y para la época que hace mucho frío es complicado tener que salir al frío.

Навязанные услуги которые не соответствуют цене и качеству, а также с меня списали экстра $156 и при этом ничего непонятно за что эта деньги были списаны! Старый отель! Скрытые платежи! Ужасно дорогой и не вкусный ресторан! В номере шумный климат контроли и работает ужасно, в номере 2021 было очень холодно!!!

Rude supervisor at the bar
Pros:

The boss at the VINeleven bar/restaurant is extremely rude. The hotel would be wise to move on to somebody who is nicer to their customers that have a choice of where to spend money.
