Pros:

Very friendly staff

Cons:

Room service, food was served in plastic that melted upon arrival. Had trouble eating food, like steak, in melted containers.
Would have been better if served on actual plates with covers.

Hotel is good and overall location is also good. Staff at restaurant were also warm. But the experience of overcharging

It was neat and clean

Cons:

Staff at the front desk charged me for the breakfast even though it was past of the packaged which I already paid. Because of that now they have to return the overcharged money against the breakfast when I pointed.

Nice hotel with good restaurant for breakfast and a bar.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. It appeared that the breakfast area was short staffed but the hostess pitched in and was helping.

Cons:

When I made the reservation, I expressly asked for adjoining rooms with my friends. The front desk staff never disclosed that the property does NOT have adjoining rooms - meaning, rooms next to each other with a door that connects them. Instead, they booked us in rooms next to each other, never disclosing that apparently adjoining rooms do not exist at this property. They likely thought that I would have booked elsewhere to find adjoining rooms.

Although the staff was very nice and helpful it’s imperative to let your customers know you are going to be out of water

Heated pool - open late! :)

Cons:

THERE WAS NO RUNNING WATER FROM 9 AM to 4 PM the day we checked out. Management NEVER let us know it would be out!! No notice! There was no way to flush our toilet, run a shower, use the sink.
