Pros:

Beautiful property. Got a complimentary upgrade. The pools make you feel like you’re in Mexico. The bellman and valet are very nice. Thank you to jay arman and Logan at the valet for helping us. They went above and beyond to get us plastic bags for our wet clothes.

Phenomenal service
Pros:

The hotel and the service here was amazing. From the front desk to the valets -- particularly Val the Valet saved me. I left my purse in the front. He found it and took it to security. I would not have been able to fly home. Security promplty found it and waited for me to come back to the airport.
