Pros:

They cancel my stay without even offering me anything and they called me so last minute so I paid way more money trying to find an backup room

Dirty bathtub with puvic hair. The latch on the outside door was broke. The room did not habe any hand soap or wash cloths.

Pleasant place to stay
Pros:

Great Value for all the comfort and cleanliness of the pillows and bed, the layout and full size kitchen, I love the area and all the restaurant options. Staff are always pleasant

Cons:

The one and only thing is that when I wipe things down, the surfaces are not already really clean. My Clorox wipes come up dirty, and the bottom of my flip flops I wear when inside are always dirty. This does not change my opinion of it being my #1 go to place to stay

A filthy mess

Absolutely not 1 thing

Cons:

This property is pet friendly so room cleaning should be done thoroughly. My room was covered in dog hair. Once I was able to get in the entire weekend the keys to the door didn’t work and I had to keep driving to the office and the girl at the desk was acting like she didn’t even care. I called the front desk about the animal hair and was told they would send house keeping the hair remained there until I left. The toilet leaked water on the floor. It was literally the worst stay I’ve ever had
