We went to check in , the staff member at the desk , Andrew , said we had no reservation. He was extremely rude and unhelpful. He was super unprofessional. He kept making us stand to the side so he could help other people instead of looking into things for us. He was making comments aloud to other customers there regarding ‘if people gave the correct information maybe we could find it ‘. He answered the phone from the booking representative and kept placing her on hold rather than just telling her that he didn’t have a room for us , delaying us being able to leave and go find another place to stay. I had to call booking a second time because he said he didn’t have access to see the email booking sent to the hotel to verify our reservation. It was a nightmare.
The size of the room and location of the property

If zero stars were an option, this place still wouldn’t deserve it. Calling this a “stay” is generous — it’s more like surviving a health hazard.
- Carpet: Filthy beyond belief. Not just stained — we’re talking actual feces ground into the carpet. This isn’t neglect, this is biohazard-level disgusting.
- Seating: Every chair looks like it’s been through a crime scene. Sticky, stained, and revolting to touch.
- Main door: A daily workout just to get inside. The handle barely works, so good luck if there’s an emergency — you might be trapped.
- Vent hood: Broken, missing buttons, and the light is literally hanging down like a scene from a low-budget horror movie.
- Fixtures: Falling apart everywhere. Nothing feels secure, safe, or maintained.
- Wires: Exposed and dangling on the floor like booby traps. Fire hazard? Electrocution risk? Take your pick.
- Bathroom: A total nightmare — broken door, zero ventilation, no soap, no shampoo. Feels less like a bathroom and more like something out of the Dark Ages.
- Heating: Set to 70°F, room never goes above 66°F. When I complained, I was told I don’t know how HVAC works. Right — because freezing guests is clearly a feature, not a failure. Enjoy shivering all night while breathing in the stench of rot.
- Towels: You only get clean ones if you bring back the dirty ones — as if basic hygiene is some kind of bartering system. They called it a “fair trade.” Paying to stay here apparently isn’t enough.
- Toiletries: None provided. You have to beg at the front desk for the cheapest, harshest chemical sludge they can find. Do yourself a favor and go to a store instead.
- Trash: You’re expected to clean up after yourself or they slap you with a $25 fee — on top of the money you already wasted staying in this dump.
This place isn’t just bad — it’s disgusting, unsafe, and insulting to anyone who has the misfortune of staying here. Save yourself the regret and stay literally anywhere else — a car, a park bench, even the floor — all would be cleaner, warmer, and more welcoming than this nightmare.
Suite was spacious and accommodating. Very nice home like feel. Loved the fireplace and loft bedroom.

Do not waste your money. This hotel is freaking disgusting, it looks like it has not been deeply cleaned in months. Immediately upon walking into the hotel DIRT. The bathrooms were disgusting. I don’t know how one feels dirty while taking a shower. The key stopped working and we got locked out of the room briefly and when we went to the front desk, no one was there!! :o $100 for incidentals when you don’t freaking clean is crazy. I have a picture of the trash outside !!! You tell me you’d stay here?! Of course it won’t let me upload it… 2/10 experience. Only good thing good was the bed slept nice!
