Absolutely not 1 thing
This property is pet friendly so room cleaning should be done thoroughly. My room was covered in dog hair. Once I was able to get in the entire weekend the keys to the door didn’t work and I had to keep driving to the office and the girl at the desk was acting like she didn’t even care. I called the front desk about the animal hair and was told they would send house keeping the hair remained there until I left. The toilet leaked water on the floor. It was literally the worst stay I’ve ever had

I called when I was on the way to the hotel to verify my reservation but when I arrived they informed me that my room was canceled.
The rooms are not cleaned, no one collects the rubbish, and it is dirty everywhere.

We went to check in , the staff member at the desk , Andrew , said we had no reservation. He was extremely rude and unhelpful. He was super unprofessional. He kept making us stand to the side so he could help other people instead of looking into things for us. He was making comments aloud to other customers there regarding ‘if people gave the correct information maybe we could find it ‘. He answered the phone from the booking representative and kept placing her on hold rather than just telling her that he didn’t have a room for us , delaying us being able to leave and go find another place to stay. I had to call booking a second time because he said he didn’t have access to see the email booking sent to the hotel to verify our reservation. It was a nightmare.
