The manager was extremely rude

It was filthy. Curtains were ripped. Room smelled liked dog piss.

No Kitchenware provided.
Pros:

Loved the price and the location. Highway access and stores near by. 7 brew across the street. Staff was super friendly.

Cons:

They DO NOT PROVIDE KITCHENWARE. We had an entire kitchen and 2 forks, 2 spoons, 2 coffee cups, 2 regular glasses, and 2 small desert plates were provided upon asking. They said they were “under construction” and also said guests were stealing their kitchenware.. soo that needs to be taken off.. also, the fireplace didn’t work but that wasn’t advertised like the kitchenware was.

Acceptable for the Price
Pros:

It’s as expected for the price. However the room smelled like smoke, a drawer was broken and remained unfixed. But it was acceptable. I highly recommend requesting a 2nd floor unit because when you are on the first floor, you can hear the footsteps up above you.

Pros:

value value .. super great for the price, I was prepared for something completely different, so I was impressed for a very short stay. No issues, I feel like I really saved a lot of money. If the price is right for you , go for it.

Didn't enjoy my stay!
Pros:

The staff were nice and happy to assist with any issues I had.

Cons:

Check-in was horrible. I spent over an hour at the reception because they couldn't find my booking. Carpet in the room didn't look clean and the place was a bit noisy especially when the ventilation system is turned on.

Showers are nasty Never will come back

The room was spacious and WiFi was available

Cons:

I can understand having to put your card on file in case of property damage after leaving the location but to take $100 off someone’s card shouldn’t be a thing because what if someone was depending on that money the same day they leave ?
The tub was stopped up and drains really slow and dirty with hair everywhere
There was no tissue or toilet paper when I first got in the room
The carpets were stained
They don’t let you receive a new set of towels if the towels your bringing to them are too dirty which is weird to me

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. I will never book here again. This place was absolutely disgusti

There was nothing about this property that I liked. Very run down. Do not offer amenities as stated. Carpets and bedding was filthy. Appliances in kitchen broken. Staff offered no help. Instead made you feel as if you were bothering them. Found urine colored liquid in bottles thrown behind tv. Clothing and needle syringe tops under mattress. Trash was not taken out. Roaches in kitchen.

I liked the separate buildings.

Cons:

It was miserable for the last 3 nights I stayed. I moved to a different room & there was a family above that sounded like rhinos & elephants fighting. It was constant. No help from the facility.
