Make sure to stay in the rooms facing front of building there is train tracks that are in back

The staff was engaged and friendly. It was very clean.
It’s important for people to know there isn’t an elevator. There also isn’t a comfy lounge for watching tv. There is also a train that comes through at night. You can only hear it on one side. I don’t want to end on a negative this hotel was about $150 less a night than other hotels in the area. You can not expect everything. But in the important areas like cleanliness, friendliness and location they exceeded.
Proximity to coast was great.
No elevator. Carpets dirty and stained in rooms and halls. Doors to outside do not lock for security. In need of upgrade.
Room was clean and comfortable.
Hallways were rundown and smelly. Road noise from highway. Lobby seemed rundown.
The sleeping accommodations were as expected.

Breakfast was actually kinda gross. It seemed highly possessed. The eggs and sausage were cold and obviously frozen and put in a microwave
Half naked man sitting in the stairway talking on the phone. The whole place could hear him. Also the exit doors did not lock at night.
Location
I made reservation for walk in shower room, and had a verbal confirmation of all my needs, including a dog. No record of that when I arrived, Erin at desk did her best. But total mess. Room never got comfortably cool. Toilet seat cover fell off. Climbing over tub very unsafe.
Clean
Water in sink backed up and drained very slowly.
No hot water in shower apparently due to power outage the night before. I was told the night shift may have forgotten to reboot the system.
Our room was literally right next to train tracks.

Clean and roomy room. Comfortable bed. Small pick-nick table out back with a grill and bag toss set.
