The pool and the staff were great
I have been charged twice and they don’t seem to care
Used to stay here regularly for work many years ago. Got a double room for a bit more $.
This hotel has seen better days. The staff were efficient but cool - like a robot.
Jacuzzi suite was clean, spacious and comfortable.

The pictures of the pool area were not updated. The waterfall pool and indoor hot tub were not operational. There was not information about this, so the photos are misleading.
The parking space was huge, but I don't know if belong to the hotel.

I was waiting for a simple check in for between 5-10 minutes when I arrived. Cats were backed up, waiting to unload.
The air conditioner in the room was either malfunctioning or just a poor design. When the fan is set to “high”, I barely felt moving air standing directly in front of it. If I set it to “cool”, it would shut off while the room was still over 5°Fahrenheit above what I set it to.
Lastly, the wifi was HORRIBLE. It was crawling, no matter which of my devices I used to connect to it. I did not even dare to try to stream any video, just simple web browsing was painfully slow.
Location
The hotel is very dated, Reno’s are needed. Some have started and been on going for years. The pool is NEVER open.
