Fühlten uns wohl
Pros:

Tolles Ambiente, super Pub, super Restaurant, starker Wellnessbereich. Das Zimmer groß, gut und sauber. Großer Parkplatz.

Cons:

Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht wirklich ausschalten. Wellnessbereich leider ein Kinderparadies - laut und voll.Zu wenige Fahrstühle.

Great stay that met all of my expectations!
Pros:

Clean, safe, great staff and my kids enjoyed the pool. Having Casey's restaurant right in the hotel was very convenient.

Good location need maintenance
Pros:

Staff was excellent location was great

Cons:

Repairs and maintenance sadly needed bathtub in room 420 had large crack in the side of it roughly mudded up. Hallways have peeling wallpaper in many spots all over
Carpet in our room was dirty or stained. Best western could do way better

Lack of sleep
Pros:

We loved the room. We loved the view. There was loud stomping for about 11pm to 12 am. Next thing we heard was a jetted tub. It ran for approximately 20 mins. Spoke to someone at the front desk, she tried convincing me that neither of those things happened. I can assure you that I know what I heard. We are on our way to Thunderbay and will be back here for 1 more night. Your hotel is always our priority when booking in Sault Saint Marie.

Rude Front Desk Staff
Pros:

Front desk staff, both at night and the following morning were rude, providing curt and short answers. When I requested our folio, the staff made it seem like I was inconveniencing them. Unhelpful and unaccommodating when asking for water in the lobby or flexibility with pool access. We stayed the night of August 10 and checked out August 11, 2026.

On the contrary, the staff at Casey’s restaurant were extremely friendly, quick, and accommodating.

The location is pefect if your just passing through town. The pub has great food and live entertainment on the weekends which I have never been disappointed with.

Authentiek hotel.
Pros:

Authentiek, zwembad, fijne gym, zakelijk vriendelijk, redelijke badkamer, veel fastfood in de buurt. Goed bed, koffie en thee op kamer, lekkere Starbucks filterkoffie, geen koffie voorzieningen in lobby.

Nicer hotels in the city for less money a night
Pros:

Definitely not worth the $300 with tax for a single night. Room was dated and not cleaned very well. The AC sounded like a boat motor. The dresser was falling apart.

The first room half of the outlets and wifi did not work. The floor was disgustingly dirty. I was given excuse after excuse of the conditions
