[Reservamos específicamente una habitación doble con cama grande (matrimonio), confirmada y pagada como tal. Al llegar muy tarde por la noche, la recepcionista nos atendió con evidente desgana. Aunque mencionó una disculpa, esta fue meramente formal y vacía, ya que no vino acompañada de ninguna solución real.Nos entregaron una habitación con dos camas individuales, algo completamente distinto a lo contratado. Al reclamar, su única respuesta fue indicarnos que no había otras habitaciones disponibles y que debíamos volver al día siguiente cuando estuviera el jefe, para que ella le transmitiera la queja. Esto nos obligó a desplazarnos nuevamente, generándonos estrés y pérdida de tiempo innecesaria después de un largo viaje.Afortunadamente, al regresar nos atendió otra recepcionista mucho más amable y profesional, quien sí se disculpó de forma sincera y gestionó la devolución a través de Booking. Sin embargo, el daño ya estaba hecho: la primera impresión fue pésima, la noche se vio afectada y demostró una clara falta de capacidad para resolver incidencias en el momento.No es admisible que un hotel cometa un error en un aspecto tan básico como el tipo de habitación contratada, ofrezca una disculpa sin contenido y derive la solución al día siguiente. Este tipo de atención deficiente y falta de empatía arruinan la experiencia del cliente.No volveré a este hotel y lo desaconsejo firmemente. Si valoráis que se respete lo reservado y una atención profesional, buscad otras opciones
