Habiendo previamente avisado de que llegaría a las 1am aproximadamente, cuando llego me dicen que no quedaban habitaciones porque la que tenía reservada la habían vendido. Dijeron que había llegado un huésped con mi mismo nombre y le habían dado la habitación erróneamente. Esta situación a las 1:45am no fue agradable.
Aún así, nos buscaron una habitación en el hotel de al lado y la pagaron ellos. Nos devolvieron el dinero y nos pagaron la noche en un hotel de peor aspecto, pero al menos no tuvimos que pagar nada a pesar del disgusto.

La ubicación muy cerca de la terminal

Cons:

No me gusto la calefacción mucho frío le insistimos para que nos prendan pero no hubo respuestas … no volvería … no andaba el tv .. la ducha del baño …
