ok stay but avoid room 125, floors were damp throughout room, felt musty

Cons:

asked to have 3 rooms close together, 2 of them were with connecting ability but 3rd room was down the hall/
Hallway on ground floor where our rooms were smelled awful! Like someone vomitted. they shampooed it but it still lingered.
Floors of one room were always damp not just by AC unit but throughout the whole room.

Nos hospedamos la noche del 4 de julio como familia de cuatro y tuvimos una excelente experiencia. El personal fue muy amable y atento desde nuestra llegada, la habitación estaba limpia y cómoda, y la comida fue muy buena.

Agradecemos la excelente atención y el servicio recibido. Sin duda, volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí y lo recomendamos ampliamente.

Nos hospedamos un fin de semana con toda mi familia de cuatro. La ubicación es conveniente, aunque los alrededores tienen mucha construcción, lo que afecta un poco la experiencia.

El desayuno fue muy básico y con pocas opciones. Además, la tina del baño no drenaba correctamente y el agua se acumulaba durante la ducha. Tanto el colchón como las almohadas se encontraban bastante desgastados y consideramos que ya necesitan ser reemplazados.

Con mejoras en el mantenimiento de las habitaciones y una oferta de desayuno más completa, la experiencia sería mucho más satisfactoria.

Need to do much better with cleaning staff NOT removing items from the room until checkout time!!!!!

I did not partake in the breakfast.

Cons:

This is the 2nd time the cleaning people entered the room before checkout and took all of my things from the room! I called the desk first thing in the morning, around 0830, asked when checkout time was, she said noon, but by 1030 my room was cleared out. NOT COOL! I couldn't find the Do Not Disturb sign, it wasn't on the door knob.

Pros:

Very average hotel stay. The location was convenient to restaurants and highway access. The room was extremely humid, so much so that the carpet felt sticky to walk on…and we are from the midwest so we are used to humid summers. We had to run the shower and bathroom sink for 10 minutes before we would get hot water. The breakfast service was attentive, but the selection very mundane, especially for a 4 day stay. We would stay elsewhere in the future.

It was ok, but this was our second time staying and had bad experience
Pros:

It was clean and the breakfast in the morning was really good

Cons:

Rooms weren’t what we requested and were very small especially for handicapped person, couldn’t even get a wheelchair in the room. Staff said the pool was open and then told a different person in our party that it was closed till the holiday

Would NOT stay there again. Was Not worth the price. It was basically a Motel-6 with the Hilton name

I liked the location, and the full cooked breakfast.

Cons:

The room was small especially the bathroom. The bathroom was so small you could barely turn around. Also the bedding was OLD and very uncomfortable. Lastly they did NOT do the room until checkout
