Staff was friendly and very accommodating

Great location, room was clean, bed was comfortable
For a paid breakfast, it was not great. Lots of options, but no food in the containers. All coffee carafes were empty, waffle batter was all gone. Only 1 person doing all the breakfast, need mire staff to man.
Good location off interstate, close to the mall and food options. The staff was nice and check in/out was easy. They helped us get a new room quickly when we asked. Beds were comfy and rooms appeared to be clean.
Sewer smell coming from the first room we were put in. We left for a show and when we came back it was stronger. Asked for a new room and was placed into an adjacent room which smelt much better but there was still a bit of a smell in the bathroom. Kept the door closed and it was fine to sleep through the night.
I stayed here earlier this year, and parking and breakfast were included in the price. Not sure if something changed over the summer with policy or if I somehow got a deal last time I stayed with a friend. The parking lot had lots of snow and was barely cleared off which made it kinda slick.
Having a pool there was nice, the shower was great with plenty of room, the bed was comfortable
The room seemed really slanted which was fine but weird, and we kept finding clumps of hair in the pool
Room was clean and everything worked. Felt safe enough. The fitness area was newly remodeled and the equipment worked, that was my favorite part of the hotel. Airport shuttle was convenient.
Room was very small, even for one person. Breakfast was $8 but did not look appetizing to me. Location was convenient but not very attractive. The bar was small and very casual, it didn't give "I'm away from home and going to go relax at the bar." Bartenders were eating behind the bar which was a little unappetizing.
My booking included breakfast.
The front desk tried to tell me breakfast was not included and that I would need to pay, but I showed my booking.com email and was given breakfast tickets. I feel like they probably should have known.

Pretty much awesome - no breakfast though, and they might charge for parking? Only minus was a lot of light coming in through the thin shade at night.

Convenient location, staff was super friendly. The little touches were very nice, like the free water bottles in the room and mouthwash. The tv in the bathroom!!!!!!!
The whirlpool tub took forever to fill up because of the faucet/spout wasn't working correctly.
