Beds are great. Rest is so cheap - towels much smaller than normal size, plumbing barely works etc etc

Poor maintenance. The shower rods were installed incorrectly so shower curtain fell to middle and water sprayed all over the floor. Even after repair they were so flimsy they did not work as intended

Very good stay
Pros:

I like location, that fits my needs perfectly. A room was spacious and very clean, with comfortable bed. All restaurants and stores were walking distance. Very happy with the stay.

it was disappointing.
Pros:

for the most part the customer service was good, the room was good, there were plenty of stores around. the weather was nice. the TV was nice.

Cons:

the restaurant was not opened or the bar on the Friday night we checked in. That was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel because we had a place to eat with out having to leave. The last time we came we had a living room in our room which gave us a place to connect other than in the room with the bed which was great. We asked for our sheets to be changed and expected that to happen while we were gone for 2 hours and it was not done. so we had to wait for someone to come change them before we could get comfortable Saturday night.

Great location, room was clean, bed was comfortable

Cons:

For a paid breakfast, it was not great. Lots of options, but no food in the containers. All coffee carafes were empty, waffle batter was all gone. Only 1 person doing all the breakfast, need mire staff to man.

Comfy but there was definitely plumbing issues with odors.
Pros:

Good location off interstate, close to the mall and food options. The staff was nice and check in/out was easy. They helped us get a new room quickly when we asked. Beds were comfy and rooms appeared to be clean.

Cons:

Sewer smell coming from the first room we were put in. We left for a show and when we came back it was stronger. Asked for a new room and was placed into an adjacent room which smelt much better but there was still a bit of a smell in the bathroom. Kept the door closed and it was fine to sleep through the night.
I stayed here earlier this year, and parking and breakfast were included in the price. Not sure if something changed over the summer with policy or if I somehow got a deal last time I stayed with a friend. The parking lot had lots of snow and was barely cleared off which made it kinda slick.

It was fine, no real issues... I guess I just saw high ratings and expected it to be more than fine
Pros:

Room was clean and everything worked. Felt safe enough. The fitness area was newly remodeled and the equipment worked, that was my favorite part of the hotel. Airport shuttle was convenient.

Cons:

Room was very small, even for one person. Breakfast was $8 but did not look appetizing to me. Location was convenient but not very attractive. The bar was small and very casual, it didn't give "I'm away from home and going to go relax at the bar." Bartenders were eating behind the bar which was a little unappetizing.
