Okay place to stay.

Location, proximity to my family’s home.

Cons:

The condition of the room was not ideal. There were two holes in the bathtub. There were approximately 10 small holes in the ceiling I filled with toilet tissue to block the holes. The access. panels over the shower are extremely uncomfortable. It feels like someone is watching you. The maid staff couldn’t speak English so we couldn’t communicate with them. There was a consistent issue with getting our room cleaned daily. I believe it was cleaned only 3 times and not thoroughly. Also, I’m a member and have not experienced this with any other IHGs I’ve stayed at. The breakfast seemed shorted everyday. There was always an empty place where food should be. There was only one day with bacon. I just wasn’t impressed.we go to MN 2 to3 times a year to visit my family but will stay somewhere else next time.

This will be my first choice when travelling to the Twin Cities area
Pros:

This a new to newer building so it is really clean. Loved the design of the king room very spacious. Bathroom was mint. Placement of coffee machine, microwave and coffee maker was well thought out with a shelve nearby to prep food. Comfortable bed. The HVAC wasn't the typical fan by the window-managed some other way. Very comfortable. Not overly dry air in a cold winter stay.

Cons:

Really nothing. The breakfast was good with two egg options./
