Only positive was the free shuttle to airport and location was ok

Cons:

Smelled musty in the room don't think it's cleaned well. Very stained carpet and noisy hallway. Not a comfortable bed. Felt like a motel quality definitely not a Hilton property will never again stay.

The 30 plus minute wait because Hampton did not sync their reservations with Booking.com. it was definitely the most I have ever paid for a room at Hampton.

Do Not Stay Here!!
Pros:

The room was terrible. I only needed to sleep overnight to catch an early morning flight. The carpet was matted and dirty, the bathroom was rusty, the room was musty and humid. The lights were stark and everything was worn and tired. I have stayed in many Hilton properties and Hampton Inns and this one was the worst. It reinforces my preference for Marriott properties.

Bed felt like a bag of lumpy trash & your rolled up bath towel would be better than their pillows
Pros:

The hotel seemed clean and the breakfast was slightly above average for free hotel breakfast. It was in a safe area and very convenient to the airport. My reason for only 3 stars is 100% the lack of comfort of the beds. They were so uncomfortable that I woke up with my hip aching from sleeping on my side. The bed felt lumpy, squeaky, and cheap. Of the 8 total pillows in the room not a single one was even remotely comfortable. My fellow conference attendees all agreed this is not a place to get a great refreshing night of sleep. Just go stay downtown, it’s not that far!

Pros:

Very convenient to airport and use of shuttle. All associates I came in contact with were great. Room was nice. Breakfast was fresh, hot and well maintained.

Cons:

Had a little musty smell in room
Everything else was really good.

Graduation Stay
Pros:

In town for graduation with my father in his 90's. Marie at the front desk was very helpful in securing a room that fit my father's limited mobility. The hotel has many entrances that were helpful. She also gave us a perfect lunch recommendation.

when we first got there and checked into our room, there were stains all over our sheets. None of the lamps worked properly spoke with the worker, and she said that she would take care of it left for six hours and came back, and no one had even entered our room. She said that there’s nothing she could do to change rooms went and talk to another worker(6 hours) after that and was able to get a new room. julia was no help
