Pros:

Comfortable rooms. They had a fan in the room, which was very useful, as the weather was very hot. Very convenient to the train, trams, etc.

Practical hotel in a good location
Pros:

Excellent location, rather spacious lobby for free use, luggage storage, easy going staff, bright lighted room. Bed was small, but, bedding was of good quality and the mattress was comfortable, good number of hangers and a security safe in the closet, double curtains to completely shut the light, a radiator heater

Cons:

I wish the wall had 1-2 hooks, where it is possible to hung bags, long dresses, belts etc.
On the day of check out, there was a maintenance work, so that there was no hot water after 7am..

Best Western - delivering as usual
Pros:

Up to Best Western's usual standards - clean, very nice staff and comfortable rooms. We were on the 6th floor, looking over the back of the premises which was nicely quiet during the night. Breakfast was had a good choice of food and drinks. The hotel is close to the station and tram stops, and a 15 minute walk to the Augustiner-Keller (which is worth experiencing).

Cons:

The only downside I can think of is that the breakfast serving area is cramped (think galley kitchen) and working around people slows throughput.

Wir kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Die Lage zum Bahnhof und den Öffis ist voll optimal. Die Zimmer sind trotz der Baustellen sehr ruhig. Das Frühstücks-Buffet ist mehr als ausreichend

Cons:

Der Fernseher war im Zimmer etwas labil aufgehängt (kann man besser machen.)
Ansonsten alles O.K.

Location is perfect next to the station. Bed comfy.

Cons:

I had stayed previously and had a room on the 6th floor. I asked for this again and I did not get this. The 3rd floor room I had this time was very hot with no air con and although there was a fan it’s too noisy to have on at night. It’s too noisy all night to have the windows open. Room 315 faces the courtyard, but still too noisy. The bathroom was tiny and shower one of the smallest I’ve ever had.

Отель нормальный на свои деньги для Европы ,
но я считаю , что вода питьевая 1 бутылка должна быть в номере . Не было воды питьевой и холодильника . Это было большое неудобство для меня .
Für den Preis ist das Hotel in Ordnung,
aber ich finde, eine Flasche Trinkwasser sollte im Zimmer vorhanden sein. Es gab weder Trinkwasser noch einen Kühlschrank. Das war sehr unpraktisch.

Für Personen mit nicht zu hohen Ansprüchen absolut ok!
Pros:

Supernettes, total bemühtes Personal, Top-Lage, sehr gutes und ausreichendes Frühstücksbuffet! Preis/Leistung absolut ok!

Cons:

Sehr laut, nicht wirklich dichte Fenster, etwas veraltete Einrichtung aber sauber!

Average. Location was great.
Pros:

It's located across Munich Central Station. Less than 10 minutes walk to/from ZOB Munich bus terminal. The bus terminal for the airport is just infront of the estblishment. The Centrum is less than 20 minutes away by foot.

Cons:

NO AIRCONDITIONING!!! It was a bit noisy, we could hear the tram passing every now and then.

Pros:

Ausstattung des Hotels war gut. Buchung und Aufenthalt verlief reibungslos. Das Frühstück war lecker - es gab für jeden etwas. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Bad war schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Lampe am Bett war nur noch locker an der Wand gehangen. Ein wenig frisches geschnittenes Obst - kein Obst aus der Dose wäre beim Frühstück wünschenswert.

Cons:

Wir hatten das lauteste Zimmer ever.
Genau gegenüber der Baustelle am Hauptbahnhof und über der Straßenbahn 🚊, deshalb haben wir 2 Nächte kaum geschlafen 😩
