Pros:

Preis- Leistungsverhältnis gut, Frühstück gut. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof ideal.

Cons:

Leider kein Internet über unseren gesamten Aufenthalt verfügbar (technisches Problem) Bei offenem Fenster sehr laut (Baulärm vom gegenüberliegendem Bahnhof, Straßenbahnen laut)

Cons:

Der Bettbezug und das Bett waren leider voller Haare und Fussel. Nach Reklamation wurde ein anderes Zimmer gefunden. Alles ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und semi-sauber (Ecken im Bad und Heizkörper nicht richtig sauber, rissige Fliesen etc).
Internet hat nicht funktioniert. Zimmer sehr laut, da zur Arnulfstrsse mit viel Verkehr und Haltestelle.
Für 1 Nacht ok, für längeren Aufenthalt nicht.

Für einen Kurztrip mit nicht so hohen Ansprüchen eine gute Unterkunft in direkter Bahnhofsnähe.
Pros:

Der Hbf war in weniger als 5 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Das Hotel hat eine 24-Stunden-Rezeption und noch echte Schlüssel für die Zimmertüren.
Es gab ein umfangreiches sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet mit perfekten Zeiten von 6:30-10:30 Uhr in einem hell eingerichteten freundlichen Raum.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gemacht. Es gab einen Safe.

Cons:

Das Zimmer (Doppelzimmer) war recht eng und klein, man musste aufpassen, dass man sich im Vorbeigehen nicht am aufgehängten Fernseher stößt. Außer dem Bett mit viel zu weicher Matratze gab es keine wirkliche Sitzgelegenheit, keine Stühle, und die Nachttische waren nur runde 3-beinige Hocker. Für 4 Tage ok, aber für einen längeren Aufenthalt m. E. nicht so gut geeignet. Das WLAN funktionierte aufgrund einer Störung die ganze Zeit nicht. Der Spiegel im Bad war kaputt und der Lack am Heizkörper an mehreren Stellen abgeschlagen. Die Türklinke hat "gesungen" ;-)

Handy location in the heart of Munich but rather noisy near the station .
Pros:

It’s location was very handy for onward travel and access to old town and the shops - also enjoyed the breakfast

Cons:

It was noisy, rooms were very small and stuffy and no kettle or any extras to make it more homely or comfortable
