what was expected
Pros:

room was nice the shower could use a bit of work too small and did not keep the water inside the stall...location was as good as you can get right across the street from the Munich HBF

Pros:

Perfect for the train station, and walkable to the old town, staff are friendly but it's very basic, slightly dated and felt a bit claustrophobic

Cons:

Rooms were unbearable in the summer for heat, windows would fully open but the noise from trams and the train station was ridiculous, the provided fan was pointless

Avec le prix de 444 euro deux nuits je m attendait a mieux chambre trop petite salle de bain étroite une seule lampe qui marche on dirait un cachot tellement c'est petit, très désagréable

Bra läge, bra frukost, helt ok pris och välstädade rum.

Cons:

Tyvärr var vi utan varmvatten de första 36h vid vår vistelse och personalen verkade stressad. Ingen AC på rummet heller gav varma nätter.

Vor dem Hotel fährt der Lufthansa Bus zum Flughafen! Deutschlandticket wird akzeptiert!

Cons:

Fenster zur Straße! Straßenbahn rumpelt vorbei als wenn Panzer fahren! Sehr laut! Keine geräuschgedämmten Fenster!

Esperienza da non ripetere.
Pros:

La posizione accanto alla stazione centrale.

Cons:

Non c'è l'aria condizionata. Al mattino manca l'acqua calda per lavarsi. La stanza a due letti era molto piccola. . Non c'è il frigo in camera e nemmeno il telefono per comunicare con la reception in caso di necessità. La macedonia servita al breakfast è di quelle in scatola. Trae in inganno il riferimento agli hotel Best Western, ma il livello è molto al di sotto.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Ruhiges Zimmer nach hinten raus.

Cons:

Kein Tropfen warmes Wasser zum Duschen. Auf unsere Frage danach kam die lapidare Antwort: ist kaputt, Monteur war da. Es hätte sich auch erst 1 beschwert 😡. Man hätte sich wenigstens entschuldigen können!gefühlte 35 Grad im Zimmer und keine Klimaanlage, nicht auszuhalten.

Sehe nah am Bahnhof, nettes Personal

Cons:

Wir haben zum Glück nur eine Nacht dort verbracht. Bei 36 direkt unterm Dach und ohne Möglichkeit zu kühlen war an Schlaf nicht zu denken. Wir haben uns auf den Boden vor das Fenster gelegt um überhaupt etwas Sauerstoff zu bekommen.
Die Fenster konnten wir komplett öffnen, dadurch gab es wenigstens etwas Luft. Gleichzeitig stellt es ein enormes Sicherheitsrisiko dar, da wir mit zwei kleinen Kindern dort waren und es keinerlei Absturzsicherung gab.
Nach der Beschwerde gab es leider keinerlei Einsicht von Seiten des Hotels. Dieser Umgang mit Gästen scheint wohl Standard zu sein. Schade
