Cons:

Toilette was clogged in the room and the door didn't shut all the way (it was to swollen from the humidity), side door wouldn't work for entry but everyone was told to use this even when they closed the main door late at night they put a sign up saying to use the side door. Our window was right next to said side door, so needless to say we got to listen to upset people going on and on about the stupid door and not being able to get in. Being told with a smile on their face oh no it works just not sometimes, made it much worse because for the time we were there I DID NOT WORK FOR ANYONE. Each time people tried to enter through that door we got woke up by our dogs. The room next door (at no fault to the hotel) had a drunk couple show up after midnight that was fun also.

Ok, not wowed, just ok.
Pros:

Nice large pool and HOT TUB!! Clean especially being pet friendly. A hot breakfast is so important but the quality could’ve been better. Decent hotel in an area that at first didn’t appear that it was going to be ok. Turned out to be just fine. You could tell some guests were rough towards the property. Decent attempts have been made to remedy that bad behavior

Cons:

No housekeeping on a 3 night stay. Staff was confused when we asked for fresh towels. There were smiles but the staff did not engage unless they had to.

We won’t be back. We truly got the place to use the hot tub and it wasn’t that warm. Breakfast was good though

Over priced room for one night, loud slamming of doors,hearing people through the walls.

Good location for the concert we came into town for.

Cons:

How loud it was from our room being close to the entryway. People kept slamming their doors and disrupting my sleep. The hot tub wasn't available but when I called to book my room they said it would be up an running. Not satisfied with my stay at all.

Cons:

Booking dot com needs to verify its claims to features. I primarily chose this hotel because booking dot com said it had an ev charger available. It did not. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me. If you want me to continue to use booking you need to fix this.

My stay was very disappointing and I will not return to this hotel and I will not recommend it to anyone.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable

Cons:

Dirty and matted hallway carpets. Dirty hallway windows. At 3:30-4:00 check in there were dirty cleaning carts left in the hallway as well as large bins filled with garbage bags left in a couple of the hallways. There was a strong smell of what I think was cleaning products. It was not a pleasant smell and it permeated the common areas. The king size room was very small and the bathroom had a barn style sliding door that would not stay closed. The veneer on the bathroom countertop and drawers was chipped and peeling as well as the nightstands by the bed.
The hotel laundry room doors were left open where I could see all the dirty laundry along with the odors and noise that could have been prevented by having the door closed.
It was definitely one of the worst places I have stayed. I was truly expecting much better as it had a very good rating, after staying the night I have no idea how it received a high rating.
