Over priced room for one night, loud slamming of doors,hearing people through the walls.
Pros:

Good location for the concert we came into town for.

Cons:

How loud it was from our room being close to the entryway. People kept slamming their doors and disrupting my sleep. The hot tub wasn't available but when I called to book my room they said it would be up an running. Not satisfied with my stay at all.

The room was small but adequate.
Pros:

Pretty standard. Nothing looked particularly good.

Cons:

Booking dot com needs to verify its claims to features. I primarily chose this hotel because booking dot com said it had an ev charger available. It did not. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me. If you want me to continue to use booking you need to fix this.

My stay was very disappointing and I will not return to this hotel and I will not recommend it to anyone.
Pros:

The bed and pillows were very comfortable

Cons:

Dirty and matted hallway carpets. Dirty hallway windows. At 3:30-4:00 check in there were dirty cleaning carts left in the hallway as well as large bins filled with garbage bags left in a couple of the hallways. There was a strong smell of what I think was cleaning products. It was not a pleasant smell and it permeated the common areas. The king size room was very small and the bathroom had a barn style sliding door that would not stay closed. The veneer on the bathroom countertop and drawers was chipped and peeling as well as the nightstands by the bed.
The hotel laundry room doors were left open where I could see all the dirty laundry along with the odors and noise that could have been prevented by having the door closed.
It was definitely one of the worst places I have stayed. I was truly expecting much better as it had a very good rating, after staying the night I have no idea how it received a high rating.

Great facilities and even better staff
Pros:

Very close to Stranahan theater, which was the reason for our visit. William was wonderful. The room was very clean. I wish the hot tub was hotter but it was still relaxing!

Hotel needs maintenance and staff needs better attitude
Pros:

The bed was clean and free of bugs

Cons:

The hot tub was down and it was one of the only reasons I booked the hotel and the front desk staff seemed a little racist. The carpenter in our room seemed like it needed cleaning and the curtains had stains on them.

Pros:

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Especially front desk. Housekeeping staff was very nice as well.

Cons:

To emphasize I feel this was nobody's fault! The desk chair in our room 207 was extremely sticky on the outside of the one side. I did report it. Hopefully it was cleaned.

I wish the property would have done something about the situation because we could have chosen any hotel but, decided on

It was clean and cozy

Cons:

I was misled on the amenities. I called ahead to make sure specifically that the hot tub were in service. If not, no big deal, I would have chosen a different hotel. I was informed that it was. Upon our arrival and after payment was received, we found that not to be true. That was the only reason we booked, because I needed that relaxation.
