Hotel needs maintenance and staff needs better attitude
Pros:

The bed was clean and free of bugs

Cons:

The hot tub was down and it was one of the only reasons I booked the hotel and the front desk staff seemed a little racist. The carpenter in our room seemed like it needed cleaning and the curtains had stains on them.

Stay was alright would have been better if all amenities were working
Pros:

Property was nice and close to where we needed to be. Would have been nicer had we known the hot tub had been down for at least a month

Book this hotel for the hot tub and it was broken and had been down for about a month

Pros:

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Especially front desk. Housekeeping staff was very nice as well.

Cons:

To emphasize I feel this was nobody's fault! The desk chair in our room 207 was extremely sticky on the outside of the one side. I did report it. Hopefully it was cleaned.

I wish the property would have done something about the situation because we could have chosen any hotel but, decided on

It was clean and cozy

Cons:

I was misled on the amenities. I called ahead to make sure specifically that the hot tub were in service. If not, no big deal, I would have chosen a different hotel. I was informed that it was. Upon our arrival and after payment was received, we found that not to be true. That was the only reason we booked, because I needed that relaxation.

After a long day of driving, it was great to sign in and relax .

good location next to Kroger's.
Pros:

room was ok

Cons:

they had the ironing board and iron hidden behind a drape which we thought was a window so we never noticed the iron until we opened the drapes the next morning as we were leaving. They need a sign to let people know that it is there.
