What happened with Hampton. So disappointed. Please respond
Pros:

Breakfast was well stocked

Cons:

Bathroom floor were so sticky and dirty I wore shoes not bare foot. Carpet seems dirty used towel to wipe once floor in bathroom. See picture staff could not process booking .com. Without calling manager.

Great for close stay while family in hospital to allow family to have a place to rest and freshen up as needed
Pros:

Courtney at front desk was very helpful. Jimmy and Dee in housekeeping were super.

Cons:

The en-suite bathroom could have been better cleaned. Appears as if floor had not been swept.

Not terrible
Pros:

They had everything ready to go and we were 30 minutes early.

Cons:

Housekeeping never came to the room. We had a dog but I even told them the dog is locked up in the kennel and they still didn't go in there to change the trash bag or bring us towels. I had to go to the front desk and get all those things and do it myself.

Pros:

Ashley at the front desk was very poised, professional and diligent as I checked in late night into two 1rst floor rooms the housekeeper forgot rinse the syrup from waffle maker out of sweeper leaving floors sticky in both rooms. However, Pregnant Ashley made it all better with an amazing attitude, humility and kindness.
Lastly, DON'T eat the oatmeal. The kitchen staff spike it with loads of unnecessary sugar. THE OATMEAL IS HORRIBLE!
