Not terrible
Pros:

They had everything ready to go and we were 30 minutes early.

Cons:

Housekeeping never came to the room. We had a dog but I even told them the dog is locked up in the kennel and they still didn't go in there to change the trash bag or bring us towels. I had to go to the front desk and get all those things and do it myself.

There was no walk-in shower or a handicap commode for the old handicap folks. I need a seat about 20 inches high. Thank you.

Pros:

Ashley at the front desk was very poised, professional and diligent as I checked in late night into two 1rst floor rooms the housekeeper forgot rinse the syrup from waffle maker out of sweeper leaving floors sticky in both rooms. However, Pregnant Ashley made it all better with an amazing attitude, humility and kindness.
Lastly, DON'T eat the oatmeal. The kitchen staff spike it with loads of unnecessary sugar. THE OATMEAL IS HORRIBLE!

Didn't get the room we reserved. Had to take a kind with a pullout for 3 adults and a child. That was not a comfortable sleep.
Our first room had smoke smell, however they did move us.

That GM stole 150 from us. Something technical occured and instead of her doing the right thing she kept money because "It will muddy the waters if I do that" and informed me that no matter what corporate number she gave me so I can speak to someone else they would "just put you on hold and call me and I will tell them no too". So she basically told me oh well the computer error benefited her hotel and she could see what happened but was not going to help. So charged twice for 1 night 1 room and the GM spoke to me as if I was an idiot and spoke down to me and refused at end of call to give me her name again and acted like a child. Sad that she needed that 150 so bad either hotel chain does not pay her enough or she needed it to go buy so class.
