Very dependable service and comfortable room.
Pros:

Room is always clean, quiet and no surprises. The breakfast is ready and delicious.

Cons:

The stopper in the tub was not installed properly and needed a plumber to correct. It did I effect mess I took a hot powerful shower.

Great for a night stop on a long trip.
Pros:

The rooms were clean and breakfast was good. The ice machine wasn’t working but it wasn’t an issue.

Good value for money. Good breakfast. Easy checkin/checkout. Good location with easy access to area restaurants.

Cons:

The room was clean, but the bed was uncomfortable. The mattress was hard and the pillows were undersized.

Pros:

Didn't like anything! We didn't get a chance to stay there! Went to check in and was offered a King Suite with a kitchenette! I reserved a King Suite with a jacuzzi! I reserved this room 2 weeks in advance! What the hell do I want with a King Suite with a kitchenette on Valentine's day! I demanded a full refund! I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone!

Needs some work
Pros:

Needs an upgrade.... Mattresses, Pillows and Sound Insulation. Bed had a bow to it and the pillows were not supportive. Neighbors could be heard rather easily.

More than accommodating polite and cost friendly for sure

stay on our way through hays has been excellent from the reservations, booking. The pick of desired room, when available with prices that are hard to bet. Especially ..when it comes to the room amenities.

When it came to having a late sleep in and, need rush for to even make their... Check out time.

And the...
11 am check out.
So the call to request late check out was definitely worthy. As well front desk was more than polite and cordial, and thanks to them they made the day, and following trip much more relaxed, and easier on down road for us

Over all we enjoyed out stay. The breakfast was also very good.
