staff tried to help...

Cons:

Roaches, dead and alive, in the room. the big water bug roaches
TV in one room didn't work.
Original room was not cleaned or made up when we got to the room. Ended up in 3rd room. Had the roaches in that room, including a live roach on the wall in the shower
side entrance near the first room had not been clean like the lobby was ....heavy urine smell as you cam into the entryway from the parking lot.
But the front entrance was totally clean all the time
