Pros:

The staff was friendly!
The location was good.

Cons:

I did not like how the back/side entrance did not lock. Anyone could come in and out.
The smell in the hallways were not pleasant.
No elevator.
We were put on the 2nd floor because “that is where the king beds are” but we’re told there are no elevators. But that we would be in the quiet section but it’s not quiet. The was lots of traffic and noises from carts.

One of the towels had a yellow mysterious stain, the water machine never worked and I could not get anybody from the front desk because they were MIA for a good 15 min or more
