Staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.
The roll up blinds in our room were broken, would not go up, which was inconvenient.
I love that it was peaceful. Breakfast was a great way to start. They had a different variety and the staff over the area took care of everyone there. 10/10 I love how our room was spacious enough room to move around. I had two rooms so for them to be able to be close to one another was amazing. The guy I talked to about our rooms with booking at the hotel helped us put the together. Very helpful and he was really sweet.
When it came to checking in I was not told about the no locking your room just incase you get locked out of your other side of the room. That wasn’t the bad part. When we checked in she ask us if we would like our rooms cleaned. I checked yes. Well our rooms where in did not cleaned. No one knocked on the other door where my other guest was staying at. No cleaning happened. No new towels or rags. So I called to let them know and no one would bring us any. We had to go down and get them ourselves. When we got asked if we would like house keeping I said yes. But none was intended. Trash was overly full. We had to do everything ourselves. I spoke with a second person upfront and he did not attend to us at all. He asked if we had someone to come clean I told him no and that we needed new towels and rags and he said come get them and there is nothing I can do. So I did. I went and got them.
I was charged a extr 37 dollars on my checkout date and nobody answered to co firm why this happened nor havei seen it deposit returned to my account so now im looking for a credit of 118 dollars and haven't seen it at all
