Une personne habitant la depuis 2ans s'est mis a crier apres nous, au point où certaines personnes ont dû s'en mêler.

We never got to stay there as we were getting ready to head there the staff called to tell us the room we book with jet tub was not available as the tub needed repairs but could give us a room with out one . We canceled the booking cause that was the only reason why we book was to have the tub which left us to scramble to find another one.

La proximité des chutes pour y aller tôt le matin en voiture.
Un meilleur entretien des chambres serait un gros plus. J’ai vu une souri une nuit dans la chambre.

I lost my key card and had to wait in the cold outside for over an hour the receptionist was sleeping deep and had on a vest. I tried contacting the emergency numbers they had all rang out. The following morning I made a report about it and I was blatantly told they have no time me.
