There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like. It was a weekend trip for my wife and me. We had our dog also, so it was a great pet-friendly hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend and stay there in the future. Very satisfied.

Pros:

I like the location, bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The room was falling apart. Like the door for the toilet/shower its literally flapping from the bottom up from water damage. Where the refrigerator is in a cabinet the fridge is like falling in a water damaged base. So trying to use it was a pain it rocked back and forth when trying to open it. Just disappointed I've been coming here for years now. The price goes up and up but the quality of the place goes down and down.

It was a short and comfortable stay, customers service was excellent, everything was clean, would recommend to anyone on

Housekeeping everyday, was pleasantly surprised. Always checking to see if we’re comfortable and if we need anything

Cons:

I can’t complain, it may not be upscale and beautiful like Marriott but they treat you very well and I’m sure that’s why they will get retuning customers

Cons:

Crossing g the highway to get to the historic center. Ponce de Leon Blvd needs crosswalk for people to make it safely to reach the historic center!
