Woukd definitely stay again!
Pros:

It was only a short distance from the historical section but was worth it for the price. It was clean and very roomy! Great customer service as well. The best part, was no charge for parking at the hotel you paid to stay at like the other ones.

Good value, location
Pros:

Location was good, near restaurants, about a mile walk to town center. Room and bathroom were clean, bed and pillows were comfy! Lighting was great. Good value for our one night stay!

Cons:

Room and bathroom could use an update/refresh. Walls are thin, we could hear the people in the next room, as well as everyone in the pool.

I was very disappointed by the problem with my lock; they never fixed it, and I wasted my time. I felt unsafe, and ultimately, the service was very poor. No one offered me a solution; the only option was for them to give me a 50% discount on my payment or something similar. My name is Andres Rendon. I stayed at the hotel from January 3-4, 2026, in room 205, and I had a problem with the lock that was not resolved

The property was very close to old Saint Augustine. The staff was very nice and helpful . The room was clean and comfortable

BEST HOTEL TO RELAX .
Pros:

Very clean and loved the shower. The beds were awesome and plenty of pillows. My friend an I had our own beds and were upgraded to the suite. We were at the Lights of Christmas. We slept 10 hrs straight. So comfortable. I haven t slept that long in years.!!!!

Cons:

No elevators? Weren t sure if you had them. But we were fine.

Pros:

We stayed here for 2 nights because it was dog friendly & close to the attractions in St. Augustine. It was your basic motel, somewhat updated. Staff was friendly. The one surprise we weren't expecting was the train that passed literally just outside our room. Discovered it at 10 p.m. as we were turning in for the night. That was okay, but the 3:30 a.m. train was a surprise.

The area was beautiful and the hotel was worth every penny (for what it was).
Pros:

Great location, cool scenery! Daily trains and visits from blue herons.

Cons:

The lack of amenities in the rooms. But we knew we were roughing it for a week, and the price was extremely reasonable.

Cons:

Room was dark drapes were ill fitting on the windows, there was no sheer curtain under the heavy drape so they couldn’t be opened unless anyone walking by could look in the window. The location is horrible lots of traffic noise all day and night.
