I would stay there again. Price was great
Pros:

Location was good, right next to the Old Time Trolley which is the best way to view St Augustine. Parking is free at hotel and parking is a nightmare in the city

Cons:

The room was damp because it’s right next to the water so the floor is wet. Bring slippers

Pros:

The property is clean and staff friendly. We were upgraded to a suite, which was spacious. The room and shower was nice. The property is located next to the Visitor Center and Trolley tours stop.

Cons:

The hotel is located on a main road, so the traffic can be loud. We were given a room that was said to be the quietest, but the noise was still apparent. It was a bit challenging to cross the road as well.

Rent the King Suite you won’t regret it!
Pros:

We rented the executive suite or the king suite and it was very nice, the furniture was really nice. You can tell the hotel is older but it exceeded our expectations when we saw our suite:)
And the huge snack basket and personalized card was a wonderful touch!
Thank touch!

Cons:

The lobby could be updated a bit, but that’s being picky because that would’ve been the only thing so-so.

Cons:

I am extremely disappointed with my recent booking experience, as the room provided did not match the advertised description. The listing clearly stated that the room included five beds. Upon arrival, only two beds were available. The hotel staff was unfriendly, and Booking.com offered no alternative accommodation. No one took accountability or tried to resolve the issue. I ended up staying under unfavorable circumstances at the hotel for one night.

Just ok. Pool and hot tub closes. Staff was nice but didn’t care about the issues with the room

Cons:

I have stayed here several times before and feel like it’s gone downhill, the phone in room didn’t work and they knew it when we asked about it! The ice maker was broken and we got a room with no view. No elevator.

Woukd definitely stay again!
Pros:

It was only a short distance from the historical section but was worth it for the price. It was clean and very roomy! Great customer service as well. The best part, was no charge for parking at the hotel you paid to stay at like the other ones.

Good value, location
Pros:

Location was good, near restaurants, about a mile walk to town center. Room and bathroom were clean, bed and pillows were comfy! Lighting was great. Good value for our one night stay!

Cons:

Room and bathroom could use an update/refresh. Walls are thin, we could hear the people in the next room, as well as everyone in the pool.
