Habitación de luxe con una buena terraza la orientación del hotel Este Oeste hace que le del el Sol todo el día. Cama amplia y cómoda, se agradece la botella de agua de cortesía y la cafetera en la habitación

el baño completo pero muy junto todo, tiene bañera (mejor no tener problemas de movilidad) y el grifo del lavabo colocado retrasado. hace que el agua este muy cerca de la pared del lavabo incomodo para lavarse las manos y tirando el agua afuera del lavabo

Затишний готель в гарному районі
Pros:

Готель знаходиться в затишному районі, до метро 5 хвилин пішки. Поруч розташовані кафе без зайвого шуму, продуктовий супермаркет, кавʼярні. Персонал привітний, завжди готовий допомогти. В номері було чисто, прибирання проводили щодня. Є холодильник і міні-бар. Загалом все сподобалося, залишилися приємні враження від перебування. Дякую за теплий прийом та гостинність 🥰

Cons:

Питну воду в номері надали лише в день заїзду, також не вистачало одноразових капців

Me cobraron un desayuno al llegar, y no me lo compensaron con un desayuno que no tomé al irme (no pasé la última noche en el alojamiento). Me pareció mezquino de parte del hotel

Muy buena estadía en Madrid
Pros:

Las habitaciones deluxe y confort muy buenas, cómodas y limpias. El personal atento, muy amables. Y la ubicación del Leonardo Boutique excelente, en un barrio muy tranquilo y seguro.

Cons:

Ascensor muy pequeño, televisión por cable sin posibilidad de conectar Netflix u otras app, calidad del café en la habitación regular.

We’ll definitely be back to visit and stay here again.
Pros:

Location was great for our stay. Hotel was clean and attractive. We didn’t have breakfast but there are plenty of coffee shops in the area. It felt very safe and easy to navigate, walking around and finding train/bus stations. Staff are very helpful.

Cons:

The dump trucks operating almost the entire time and traffic noise.
