Booked the Generator.... showed up to the RENDALE hotel. I was told by the front desk that our reservations were not found. I was told by the front desk that the hotel had changed names and ownership as of 2 days ago and that all previous reservations did not transfer over to the new systems. 2 Hours later, we were in our rooms.
What a NIGHTMARE.
BEWARE...and book elsewhere if you can.

Sooo noisy! Had a terrible nights sleep due to the rabble rousing from both outside and in the hall ways till about 2 am. Unacceptable. A shame bc I really liked the hotel. Cool vibe overall. Good price.
