In meinem Badezimmer war es sehr dreckig! An einem Tag war mein Handtuch verschwunden, ich konnte es nicht mehr finden. Also bin ich zur Rezeption gegangen, um ein neues zu holen. Plötzlich haben sie $5 für ein neues Handtuch verlangt, ich sagte nein! Absolut unakzeptabel, es hat sich am Ende herausgestellt, dass jemand anderes aus meinem Zimmer, das Handtuch genommen hat. Das Personal war sehr unkooperativ

Pros:

Excelente ubicación y buena relación calidad - precio. Es uno de los hoteles más asequibles en la ciudad, aún así sus instalaciones se mantienen limpias, y ofrece un buen servicio. Las camas son cómodas.

Cons:

No dan jabones o shampoo.

Warning: no hot water in the morning - ugly graffiti-style décor
Pros:

This used to be a nice Marriott hotel. Unfortunately, someone decided it was a good idea to paint the lower half of the corridor walls an unpleasant dark green. The same questionable design choice continues in the rooms, where graffiti-style décor is layered over already unattractive artwork. The overall result is disappointing and takes away from what was once a very pleasant hotel.

OK hotel with good prices
Pros:

Hotel was in a location I needed, price for the room was ok and clean. Internet was really, really slow (2002 slow). Avoid hotel restaurant until they change something (drinks are ok).
If you need a decent place to sleep while working elsewhere, this is an ok place to go.

Multiple serious issues with service, cleanliness, and facilities — I do not recommend staying here.
Pros:

I hardly liked anything about it. The only thing I can think of is that the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

There are far too many drawbacks. First of all, there is often no hot water when showering in the morning. The air conditioning is unstable, switching between cold and hot. The staff and management are extremely rude, unprofessional, and discourteous.
Before my stay, I specifically asked whether I could borrow a hair dryer, and they said yes, but failed to mention any rules. When I actually tried to borrow one, they suddenly imposed numerous restrictions and treated me with an inexplicably bad attitude.
On top of that, the elevator breaks down, and housekeeping is very careless. The bed may look clean, but it is not. I was even bitten by insects, and three months later the hyperpigmentation on my skin still hasn’t faded.
I strongly recommend not staying here.
