Cons:

The hotel Manager and the staff on 03/03 was very helpful according to luggage storage by asked me to book another night and yes i fellow their advise and booked immediately as i've 9 am flight on that day. Then i came back a staff checking in ask me for $50 deposit and mentioned that will release after check out and facilities charge in total around $65 , i spend a fews hour then left to continue my traveling. But the hotel did not release my deposit but charged $50 for luggage storage. The point is what at the first place agreement my luggage storage ? 2nd Do charge my card without noticed , this is how it work? The agreement was accept by hetel manager at that day by booked another night to storage a luggage so how come someone said it not clearly communication then just do charge another $50 without noticed? what your manager standing for? This is not fair for a customer like me.

Another amazing stay while in Washington DC
Pros:

The location, the attentiveness of the staff and hotel was beyond excellent.

Cons:

I wish I was able to stay longer lol! Was sad to leave, but looking forward to doing business together with them soon on my next stay when back in washington dc.

Pros:

The food was good and priced well. The location to the event was perfect.

Cons:

The first room given was a king when a double twin was booked, causing a trip to the eighth floor only to have to come back down and then wait for a room to be prepared. Reported the bathroom outlet not working on first day and second day. It was still not fixed when we left.

the room has little light (I dont mean sunlight), the door lock was broken, we had to change the room, and there was a constant problwm with warm water

Better than the Worst
Pros:

Close to my meetings. Food for lunch and breakfast was very good

Cons:

The food service was poor. Why? They forget my order. I asked if they forgot and they had. But the GucBurger was very good.
No wash cloths. No shampoo, just soap and in a dispenser. I always carry soap shampoo and wash cloth just in case. Being on the 9th floor it took (timed it) 4M 22S to get hot. It also had a piney order covering something else.in the hallways.
