The location was excellent and was the main reason we chose this hotel. Our previous hotel canceled our reservation just three days before our trip, so we had very limited options. We were glad to find a hotel in such a convenient location.

Cons:

This hotel is much more suitable for young travelers than for families with children.

The room had a refrigerator but no microwave, which would have been very helpful. When we checked in, there was no TV in the room, even though it was listed in the room description. After we asked, the staff brought one within an hour, so we appreciated that they resolved the issue quickly.

The cleanliness could definitely be improved. During our four-night stay, the trash was taken out only once, and the towels were never replaced. We were also surprised that there were only two bath towels for four guests.

There was an unpleasant smell in parts of the hotel, and the air conditioner was very noisy. Parking was extremely expensive at $59 per night. Unfortunately, there are very few parking alternatives in the area, so we had no choice.

Overall, the location was great, but because of the cleanliness, lack of basic amenities, and poor housekeeping, we would not choose this hotel again.

The place was amazing and super comfortable, definitely worth the price for a quick trip!
Pros:

Loved the Quad room and the bedding. Super comfy pillows and blankets! Staff was super kind as well! I didn’t go to the downstairs bar but the vibes were lit

Cons:

Our room didn’t have a mini fridge. Parking was also hellacious

the beds were comfortable

Cons:

The hotel was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the space was nice.

However, the front desk service was really disappointing. There were 2 girls working. One of them was very kind, but the one who checked me in was rude. She even made a racist comment toward me that made me feel very uncomfortable. I sincerely hope she doesn’t repeat that with anyone else.

Also, there was no light in the room when I arrived.

Because of the customer service, I would not stay here again.

Pros:

I liked a lot the coworking spaces, the outdoor seating, the bar and the small restaurant

Cons:

The elevators are bad, fortunately I was in a 4th floor so I could easily use the stairs. The room cleaning service is not that good either. They basically only made the bed. I would recommend replacing the TV
