The facility was clean

Cons:

When I first arrived the system was down so I couldn't check in until a few hours later. Even still system was still down but they were manually checking people in on paper so they made some mistakes like giving people, me included occupied rooms. So they kept having to reassign rooms. Then the key cards wasn't working properly smh. A whole day wasted on trying to get everything situated so I could get comfortable and start my day. I came there for a weekend getaway, to relax and was irritated and regretted leaving home the whole stay.

Luis and Gem were some of the best employees i ever met. They went above and beyond to make my stay the best stay ever. 2 amazing people that need to be recognized for great customer service.

Excellent place !
Pros:

Aesthetically such a beautiful hotel. The layout is super open and just very nice. The hotel staff kept up with me and my party the whole trip.

Great Customer Service!
Pros:

During my stay with the librarian group from June 1–4, 2026, at the DoubleTree by Hilton, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Zowie. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure every guest felt welcome and cared for.

No matter the time of day, Zowie was eager to help with a genuine smile and a positive attitude. Her communication skills were outstanding, and she treated every guest with kindness, respect, and professionalism. It was clear that she truly enjoys serving others and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service.

Employees like Zowie make a lasting impression and are a tremendous asset to the DoubleTree by Hilton. If your organization recognizes employees who consistently deliver superior service, I highly recommend Zowie for that recognition. She exemplifies what outstanding hospitality should look like.

离机场比较近

Cons:

我们于6月25号入住，28号退房。25号第一天入住房间正常。26号下午4:30左右才安排整理房间，我们在酒店就麻烦换一下浴巾。27号没有安排做卫生，我们于下午5:40离店时跟前台沟通麻烦他们安排清理一下。到晚上9:40回酒店还是没有打扫...如果一定要我对入住作出评价请酒店做一个说明并保留此意见在网络！

Pros:

Front desk very nice, the lobby was so nice

Cons:

Paying over $20 for parking per night, on booking.com it’s says the double queen room has a balcony yet they assigned me to a room with no balcony called the front desk about it they were very knowledgeable that booking.com is providing false advertising . The rooms were so old, literally all of the furniture was broken and scratched up. spiders in the corners of the wall. I left the hotel and cancelled my reservation 5 minutes after walking into the room and went to another nearby.

Great location but surprisingly unkempt for the price.
Pros:

Good location, only about 8 minutes from downtown and the Moody Center.

Cons:

Dirty rooms, leftover food in the refrigerator from prior guests, not enough towels or washcloths for listed guests staying, hotel is understaffed, shower faucet was very loose making it hard to adjust the water temperature, Air-conditioner not cooling properly, trash throughout the hotel on the floors.
