Loved the stay watch out for the call service
Pros:

The location was pretty good and the room was clean. We loved the stay.

Cons:

We were trying to call the front desk around 8:30 in the morning sadly nobody picked the phone. We called them like 7-9 times but there was no response.

Nice Stay with Almost No Complaints
Pros:

This hotel was very quiet during my stay. Parking was easy at the parking garage next door. Room was typical, but nicely decorated with Texas themed wall prints etc. In room coffee maker and small refrigerator. Room was very clean. Bathroom was not particularly high end, but functional with tub/shower. Could use a heating light in the bathroom during winter months. The staff was phenomenal. Always friendly, considerate and caring. The warm cookie and complimentary water bottles very appreciated. The pillows were a bit too firm for my taste.

Work related stay but will return for a leisure stay!!! Thank you to all staff, Love the cookies
Pros:

Friendliness of the hotel staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Accessibility/closeness of stores and restaurants. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay at the Doubletree and will definitely return.

Cons:

There is nothing to dislike about the place.

Awesome stay!
Pros:

We had a good and relaxing time here at Double Tree Austin. We had a really good and delicous breakfast at texture. Allysa give us really great service making sure we have everything we need. She’s very sensible and professional to what she does. There’s also one server, who took picture of us family. We really appreciate their great service. Amazing team! Thank you very much!
