Pros:

Clean and good location.

Cons:

I would never stay in room 204 again. I would stay again but level 3 and up. We could hear the music from the lobby and the kitchen staff clanging around in our room. Very loud. Room was nice and clean.

ubicacion esta en el radio de Manhattan, la habitacion es regular, las camas por ser de fierros suenan, en la hora del cafe - desayuno, la Señorita que atiende en la cafeteria otorga una atencion pesima y deficiente, mala calidad en el servicio, la cama destendidas, no te colocan las toallas correspondientes, no hay papel higienico.

Great location, noisy at times, but we would return!
Pros:

The location was perfect for us. A few minutes walk away from Macy's and the Empire State Building and about a 15 minute stroll to Times Square. The hotel had a wonderful bar and restaurant on the ground floor and the room was ample in size for 4 adults.

Cons:

The lift was extremely noisy! We were on the 10th floor and the noise from the lift shaft was quite annoying and woke us up on numerous occasions during the night. The lift was also quite slow as only 1 of the 2 lifts went to the 10th floor. We often found ourselves stopping at each floor on our way down and vice versa! The beds were also extremely noisy when you turned over. I still can't work out whether the beds were comfortable or not - quite soft mattresses, but ours dipped in the middle, so we found ourselves rolling into the middle! They were also quite high off the ground as well, so not that easy to get in and out of if you're not on the taller side.There were also no drawers for your clothes, just a clothes rail in the cupboard with about 8 hangers which wasn't enough for 4 adults, so we lived out of our suitcases for the 5 days. All of this certainly didn't impact our stay though.

A lot of noise from the reception. Do NOT agree with a ground floor room.

Cons:

The noise. Mind you, not the noise from the street, the kitchen or the bar as we stayed on the ground floor. No, the noise from the reception.

First time there was a fotoshoot leading to a lot of noise. We asked to keep it down. No Biggie. It happens.

In the morning we asked if it would be like this all the time. No it was a one off we were told. Ok, all good then.

...until that night. Even more noise, through earplugs. Again complaints at 1AM. Again sorry.

You guys know there are hotel rooms you rent out. Keep it down.

Should not pay for hotel nights where you cannot sleep. It's honestly ridiculous.

Las camas excelentes, muy cómodas. Muy bien la limpieza y servicio de habitacion.

Cons:

El servicio de desayuno muy desorganizado. Las señoritas qué atendían tenían buena predisposición pero tenían que hacer todo solas. Faltaba organización para quienes tenían desayuno incluido en la estadía.
El personal de recepción muy amable ni resolutivo.
Las habitaciones un poco chicas y con escaso espacio para las pertenencias.

the bathroom and the location were great.

1) Random noices from behind wall (probably from heater + pipes or something else), the building itself is old so maybe thats why

Schönes Hotel direkt beim Broadway
Pros:

Die Lage war super um New York zu erkunden. Das Hotel war günstig, gut und sauber.

Cons:

Es gab Probleme mit dem Internet und die Bar gehörte nicht zum Hotel, was das Frühstück etwas schwierig gestalten ließ.

All in all, it was okay for us. I know that you cannot expect that much if you don't pay a lot.
Pros:

The location was good for us since we wanted to go to the Chelsea galleries. The price was right. When we complained about the motor noises in the first room they switched the room without hesitation.

Cons:

Surprised the rooms were so small. The first one we were in was just 6 inches larger on each side than the queen bed!
