La ubicación, es céntrico y llegas caminando a todos lados.
Las instalaciones, las ventanas no son herméticas, escuchaba el ruido de la calle, sirenas, gente, entraba el frío.
Tampoco me gustó el colchón, se hundía y era incómodo. Habitación 604. Me parece que la cama estaba rota porque el colchón se hundía.

The location was good
I had a very serious issue - after spending one night there I woke up with several very itchy bites around my ankles. After quick research I’ve concluded that it had to be an insect probably fleas since this hotel is pet friendly.
I went to speak to someone at the front desk. First of all people who worked on 29th of August were quite unfriendly or maybe they had poor English skills. They called to the manager, I described the situation - he was the only one who was understanding, he said that they would move me to a different room (may I remind you that it’s the least they could do), then he said that he would think of something to make it up to me (spoiler alert - I received nothing). At that moment there weren’t any available rooms, so I just left my stuff at the reception and went to explore the city. When I came back, and requested keys for my new room, the man who was at the front desk was super unfriendly, he didn’t offer any apologies, and of course no upgrade or refund were offered to me. Frankly, I didn’t need any of these things just a nice heartfelt apology would be nice but nooo! May I remind you that it’s a business of hospitality, if you can’t be nice to people, go find another job.
After spending two more nights in the new room everything was alright, I didn’t have any more new bites so there was definitely an issue with that first room.
Also the hotel is in an old building, and AC is super loud, you can’t sleep well without earplugs.
I’m definitely not coming back there.
Absolutely amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very clean, great location. Parking was a block away so it wasn't bad. Room was comfy and spacious. The view of the empire state building was absolutely fantastic.

Overall a great experience
Great location, plenty of restaurants and stores within of a walking distance. Also not too far from the subway. Staff was professional. My room was cleaned daily.
The a/c unit is loud. So it might keep you up if you’re a light sleeper.

The room wasn’t what the website displayed and they put me in the ground floor next to the public bathrooms and smells terrible
The location was excellent. Day staff when we checked in were amazing. They made us feel very welcome. The two ladies when we were checking out were excellent too, they would make you want to come back.
The night staff weren't so friendly. We felt rushed to our rooms to get us out of their way.
The girl giving out the tea's and coffee was on the border line of being rude. She also made us feel unwelcome.
Great location.
The room we had was quite small, but clean. There was also a wedding reception or some sort of party in the lobby on one of the evenings and it made it very hard to get in and out. Nothing horrible, just a little crazy.
Staff members were excellent! They were always attentive and super quick to respond when we had a request. The location was within walking distance of a subway station, so that was great. Our room was also super aesthetic and clean.

The location was very central which is what we wanted so that was perfect.
I didn’t really like all the text messages. I prefer to be able to speak with someone at the hotel directly and it was hard to get someone on the phone prior to check-in.
