Pros:

The hotel was an ideal jumping off point for a week-long visit to NYC. Staff was friendly, room was clean and quiet, bed was comfortable. Easy access to Madison Square Garden, Penn Station, Chelsea, Broadway, with multiple Metro lines within a few blocks walking distance.

Cons:

I was glad to have a room on the top floor, which was quiet, as the downstairs noise from the bar and restaurant could be heard on lower floors. The elevator was slow, but manageable.

Fantastic hotel in a great neighborhood
Pros:

Perfekte Lage , super Preis/Leistung speziell für die Lage, Zimmer wirken aber stark abgewohnt
Pros:

Lage sehr gut, eigentlich ausgezeichnet, Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leicht auch mit den öffentlichen Verkehr erreichbar, da es ganz in der Nähe der "Pennstation" liegt.

Cons:

3 Personenzimmer (Zwei Erwachsene, ein Kind) meiner Meinung nach sehr kleine Zimmer. Unser Zimmer wirkte sehr abgewohnt.

Consiglio per le camere che si affacciano sulla 31St di raddoppiare i vetri delle finestre perché i rumori dall’esterno, comprese le persone presenti nel locale sottostante il venerdì e sabato notte

Bed was comfortable

Cons:

I got a very dark room in the corner of the first floor, with a completely blocked window, right next to staff facilities, so it was very loud in the morning... It felt more like a loud and dark closet than a hotel room.. For the amount of money, I paid I was very disappointed. I don't think I'll be staying here again.
