The stay served it's purpose but it's far from Hilton expectation with comfort.
Pros:

Staff were nice at check in / check out and secure elevators were a positive.

Cons:

The bed comfort was horrible - I've never experienced this quality mattress at a Hilton. The bathroom washcloths and towels were thin and highway noise was another huge negative (9th floor)- it was loud despite utilizing a physical sound machine. There was a strong cigarette smoke smell the morning following my 1-night stay from someone's room - very noticeable odor.

Room and hotel was nice and clean.

Cons:

Restaurant was pricey food was cold and nasty. Rooms do not have a microwave you will have go downstairs to the lobby to heat up food. There are restaurants nearby I would recommend going out for food.

Location was good. But after paying so much for the rooms I felt like breakfast should have been provided. And I didn't receive any discounts for being a disabled vet. I. am also a federal employee
