Not what I expected for the money
Pros:

Great location if you are exploring the Henry Ford Museum and Greenfield Village. It is also a pretty easy drive into Detroit. Lovely lobby and lots of cool art on all the walls. They had coffee and water in the lobby as well and a shop to purchase snacks and beverages. It was our anniversary and they had a bottle of prosecco, chocolates and fruit in our room which was lovely. The room was clean and had the amenities we wanted. We did not use the pool or gym.

Cons:

The rooms were a bit dated. The hotel said it had been recently updated but we expected plug ins for our phone chargers and lamps on either side of the bed. There was only a lamp on one side. I am a pillow snob, and our pillows were the worst - saggy and lacking feathers. I did request new pillows which were better, but we had just stayed at a 3-star property in Grand Rapids (the AC Hotel) which had pillow options (feather, foam). We were also disappointed in the Tria restaurant for dinner. Perhaps foolishly assumed it was fine dining, but it was very crowded and very loud and the padded bench seat at our table was way too low to eat comfortably at the table. We did have reservations. Food was just ok. I'd recommend walking over to Parma in Fairlane Town Center for a better meal.

Best Hotel in Dearborn Michigan
Pros:

The hotel itself is a spectacle to be seen with all the art and the decorations. just going around and looking at the art is an activity in itself. the rooms are spacious, and the staff are responsive. clean. close to everything in dearborn and detroit.

Cons:

- Tiffany at the reception is not friendly. She talks to us as if she is doing us a favor.
- While the jacuzzi water was warm, the pool water was cold and we could not swim.
- I tried to book an extra night and asked for price matching with my previous nights but the rate was almost double.

Comfortable hotel in good location for Henry Ford Museum.
Pros:

Very comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Large room, well equipped. Very nice fitness room and indoor pool. Good breakfast.

A Gem in the Heart of Dearborn
Pros:

Free parking, Marty at the front door. Always a huge smile and a warm welcome. Pay that guy more (LOL). Tria restaurant was very good with imaginative dinner selections and outstanding adult beverages. Front desk seemed a bit understaffed, but if there was stress, personnel didn't show it. Loved the Park West art all over the walls (and I'm not a connoisseur in the least). Room was well-appointed, very comfy bed, although I do suggest a pillow menu. Very nice experience after a long day of traipsing around the HF complex

Cons:

A luggage cart would have been nice, as would a concierge. Hot tub in the pool room was tepid; we chose not to use it. Breakfast buffet pricing was not clear. We didn't know what was included, if anything. Still, we enjoyed a leisurely breakfast with bottomless coffee. Overall though, great stay! Thank you.
