Clean property with a friendly staff.
Pros:

I loved the aesthetic! It wasn’t neutral and boring like most hotels. It felt fun and exciting. The room was large and comfortable and very clean. I appreciate the tub. Most hotels we have stayed at recently had small tubs or just showers.

Cons:

I didn’t like that our stay was so short.

Location was good for what we were there for

Cons:

Not enought parking and our TV didnt work and apparently they had gone the night before because someone had called to get checked yet they gave us the room anyway and all they could talk was about waiving the parking fee but they had already waived it for something else. I asked for atleast a discount but nothing was done!!!

Really expensive for a great location.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

I requested a bath tub and paid up front and they just ignored me. They had a huge kids event and they didn’t open the pool. The toilet paper is out of reach in the bathroom.

Facitilties & location GREAT! Customer service & extra charges disappointing
Pros:

There was no breakfast offered to us upon check in...did not see any self serve in lobby

Cons:

We were taken aback upon checking out when we had to pay a fee for parking...this was a complete surprise, the check in person told us where to park but DID NOT say it was a fee parking in front of facility. She did tell us we needed to pay for Wi-fy unless we were members...I have NOT come across a fee for Wi-fy in your room EVER!

GREAT location and staff but the property needs to be renovated.
Pros:

Location, across the street from the event I was attending! The staff was very quick to take care of any request that I had. I liked getting the text messages asking how my stay was going. Hotel shuttle to airport was easy to schedule at no cost! Breakfast workers were very efficient. Liked that the same, nice variety of items were offered at breakfast buffet.

Cons:

Bathroom was very cramped for even one person to move around in. Shower leaked onto the floor. Frig made a loud noise and went off/on loudly during the night. Pillows were all not firm (most hotels have pillows that have different amounts of firmness). Elevators were slow to respond, there were 4 elevators and only 2 were operating. The room was clean but showed a lot wear & tear. Iin general, the property needs to be renovated.
