Nice hotel in downtown Albuquerque

Most convenient to Kiva for concerts & convention center.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Cleanliness.

Cons:

Allowing diesel engine trucks to idle while loading/unloading. I could not sit outside on the bench to enjoy tree shade in the morning. You should have vehicles shut down while parked in front zone.

I had a better time when I came in January!
Cons:

The staff were not too friendly or not too rude. When I checked out the lady didn't even ask me how my stay or even greet me when I walked up to counter.
The lady who has a tattoo between her nose was real rude when it came to the store. She gave me a look like I should already know.

Cons:

This was the worst accommodation I've stayed in in a long time! Your A/C malfunctioned all night, the fridge didn't cool, your ice machines not functioning when called front desk ,they said they couldn't send anyone to bring ice, that I had to go to the bar to get it my self. 20 bucks for parking in your parking lot ,REALLY!!!!!
MOTEL 6 offers better service!

Old building, racism cuz I was a native . I would not recommend staying here

Service for checking was bad , no convenient breakfast had to pay

Front staff was horrible, be I’m not not white , was told to wait while other guests checked in

Adequate. The best part of the stay was the proximity to the convention center.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

Staff was unfriendly. It was clearly just a job for them; they have not been trained in customer service and making guests feel welcomed.
