Won’t stay there again.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and trod hard. Restaurant was way understaffed for dinner and breakfast. Staff did all they could.

Cons:

Restaurant way understaffed. At dinner the bartender had to wait on us and go to the kitchen to cook our food. Understaffed for breakfast also. No shower gel or shampoo in room, containers were empty. Buried a 20.00 charge for parking way down in their page. Hated cashless facility.

Affordable spot for a quick lil weekend trip.
Pros:

Close to my dorm so my family could just walk. Good spot downtown. Had a Starbucks and gave complimentary cookies!

Cons:

Parking lot is a bit tight and parking fee is hella high. Room had bugs and lobby had bugs and ants.

It was a one time stay and I would definitely never rent a room here again.

The lobby is nice.

My room still had previous renters belongings like dirty socks and a fan. And there was a towel underneath the sheet on the bed.

Cons:

Room was not very clean. All bed linens were wrinkled as if wadded up. Entire hotel was tired and in desperate need of refresh. $75 pet fee was quite high. Only one working elevator for entire building so waits were long.

Cons:

Information zur verspäteten Ankunft kam im Hotel nicht an. Stornogebühren wurden sofort erhoben, obwohl Hotel komplett ausgebucht war und mein reserviertes Zimmer vergeben wurde. Meine Intervention war nötig. Kein Frühstücksbüffet! Frühstück nach Karte und überwiegend nur warm und zu teuer. Nach Intervention wurde ein Gutschein im Wert von 18$ ausgestellt. Die Speisenauswahl war damit extrem eingeschränkt. Gastronomie kaum vorhanden und zeitlich extrem eingeschränkt. 22.00Uhr war die Bar in der Lobby geschlossen.

Perfect place to stay while seeing Herb Alpert & The Tijuana Brass at the Kiva!

Clean & quiet.

Cons:

Diesel trucks leave engines on while unloading. It’s too near the benches under the trees. Very bad air. You need a sign: turn off car engines.
