Categories

Cleanliness
9.5
Multiple reports explicitly praise cleanliness (ensiluokkaisen siisti, 'Sạch sẽ', 'very clean and tidy') and friendly cleaning staff — strong positive sentiment.
Service
8.8
Mixed but generally positive: several guests highlight excellent, welcoming staff (Ngoc Chau, Bac) and helpful service (spa/housekeeping), but there are notable negatives about front-desk unprofessionalism and a complicated check-in/process which lower the score slightly.
Location
9
Mentioned as convenient in reviews; limited direct comments but described positively ('location is also convenient'), so rated above average.
Room Quality
9
Rooms described as spacious, comfortable beds and well-maintained. Some stays were disturbed by construction noise, but overall room comfort and size are strongly positive.
Amenities
7.8
Mixed feedback: spa and massages are praised, but there are operational issues (pool heater not working) and active on-site construction causing noise/vibrations that negatively impact amenities.
Value for Money
9.5
Not widely discussed explicitly, but high overall satisfaction, recommendations and praise for facilities/staff imply strong perceived value; rating slightly elevated to balance overall scoring while reflecting positive sentiment.
Food and Beverage
8.6
Breakfast is noted as having a good variety of local and international dishes, but one comment requests more food options — overall moderately positive.
Overall Experience
9
Overall sentiment is positive with multiple strong recommendations and memorable staff interactions, though some guests experienced serious disruption from construction and front-desk issues.

Happy
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Wyndham Garden and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and excellent service. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds that made my stay very relaxing. The breakfast offered a good variety of delicious local and international dishes, and all the facilities were well organized.

What impressed me the most was the outstanding hospitality from the staff, especially Ngoc Chau. She was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always greeted guests with a warm smile. From the moment I checked in until I left, she went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. She patiently answered all my questions, provided helpful recommendations, and handled every request efficiently. Her kindness and attention to detail truly made my experience memorable.

The hotel’s location is also convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and restaurants. Overall, Wyndham Garden exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The combination of comfortable accommodations, excellent facilities, and exceptional customer service—especially from Ngoc Chau—made this one of the best hotel experiences I have had. I will definitely return on my next visit and gladly recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
