A great stay but they could fix a few things
Pros:

It’s was gorgeous and comfortable. It seemed to be in a fun area. The room was spacious and the bed cozy. The staff were very helpful and a real high light of the trip.

Cons:

The breakfast was more Vietnamese and Korean instead of international. I had to request bacon and I only got 1 plate of it to 8 people. We went back and asked for more but it was undercooked. Finally a staff member came and asked us what the problem was and she cooked the bacon all the way through. I also thought the pool was 4 season. But it was cold. Even indoor. After 20 minutes it was unbearable.

Pros:

I liked the very comfortable beds and pillows. Were on the 15th floor, which is quite a view! Good size room. Very nice breakfast buffet.

Suggest arriving for breakfast early as it thins out quickly.

I was surprised as it appears more like an asian five star hotel (everything very clean, great and well organized stuff and service, big variety of breakfast options, well equipped fitness area, comfortable beds,...).

Outstanding stay, great hotel and the best staff!
Pros:

We had such a great stay at Wyndham Garden in Hanoi. Every staff member we met was outstanding. I’d like to mention Andy Vu, who helped us get a room early in the morning after our flight came in at 4 am. We were tired after 28 hours of flying and transit, and Andy helped us get the room by 8:30 am. He took time to give us pointers for food and shopping, which was really helpful! He is an incredible manager and we were so very lucky to meet him!!

Also wanted to mention Bevis, who was very helpful as well. He escorted us to our room, explained everything, and went out of his way to make sure we had a great stay. Every time we saw him, he greeted us with a smile and so very warmly. It was such a pleasure to see his cheerful face!

Thao, or Kathy at the front desk, was awesome too. She helped us book a tour and even helped us to order banh mi sandwiches. She was so solicitous about us and made sure we were safe when we travelled outside, and checked in with us regularly to see if we needed help with anything.

In the hotel restaurant, Quynh was wonderful too. She is very gentle and sweet. Every time we ate dinner there, she made sure we were well taken care of, and that we had everything we needed. Tuan Anh and Chai were nice too! Tuan was a host one morning at breakfast and he was great!

Mia and Dinh were helpful too, so was Dan and Chinh. Viet Anh helped carry our luggage with care to the car when we left.

Your staff members are a true asset to the Wyndham group, especially Andy, Bevis, Kathy, and Quynh. They made our stay truly memorable and outstanding. We’re world travelers and have stayed at many hotel chains over 25 years of trips, including top hotels like JW Marriott and Intercontinental, but your staff was one of the best we ever had the fortune to meet. We really appreciate all their hard work and dedication to the hospitality industry, and to your customers. Sending our deepest thanks and fondest regards to each of them!! We will always recommend your hotel to friends or family visiting Hanoi because of the staff.

Lovely Staff with good services!

This is my first time at Wyndham Gardenhanoi. Those 3 people upon my arrival Forest, Khanh, Viet Anh and those people upon departure Xi, Thao Trang Bach did assist me well. I will definitely come back here again
