Merci au personnel mais non merci à l hotel
Pros:

Personnel très disponible, accueillant, serviable, taille de la chambre et confort du lit... baignoire et douche très appréciable

Cons:

terrasse pas très propre, travaux a 6h du matin coup de marteaux et 8h perceuse même si prévenu la veille, pas fou pr le prix et le standing supposé. Vitre pas propre , ne peux pas profiter de la vue. On nous a offert des massages qu'on a pas eu le temps d'utiliser...cher pour ce que c est. Pas possible d ouvrirl les rideaux car condensation du a la chaleur de dehors sur les clim et pluie a l'intérieur de la chambre ( C est oas des blagues) Même au 15e étage le bruit de la rue et des klaxons sont très presents

I stayed at Wyndham Garden Hanoi on March 31, and during my stay, a very serious and unacceptable safety incident occurred.
At approximately 1:00 a.m., while I was sleeping in my room, an unknown man used a key card to enter my room without authorization. I was suddenly awakened and extremely frightened. This was a major security failure that posed a real threat to my personal safety.
I immediately reported the incident to the front desk. The staff only assisted with replacing my key card, but they were unable to clearly explain how such a serious mistake could occur. I was told that the issue would be reported to management and that an explanation would be provided before we checked out the next morning.
However, when we checked out the following day, the front desk staff appeared to be unaware of the incident and did not provide any explanation or follow up. As we had urgent business to attend to, we had no choice but to leave the hotel without receiving any response, and the matter was left unresolved.
As a four star hotel under an international brand, this level of room security management and post incident handling is deeply disappointing. This incident seriously affected my stay and has left me with lasting anxiety and fear about being intruded upon when staying at hotels in the future.
I request that the hotel take this matter seriously and provide a clear explanation of how this incident occurred, where responsibility lies, and what corrective and compensatory actions will be taken to prevent such incidents from happening again.

A great stay but they could fix a few things
Pros:

It’s was gorgeous and comfortable. It seemed to be in a fun area. The room was spacious and the bed cozy. The staff were very helpful and a real high light of the trip.

Cons:

The breakfast was more Vietnamese and Korean instead of international. I had to request bacon and I only got 1 plate of it to 8 people. We went back and asked for more but it was undercooked. Finally a staff member came and asked us what the problem was and she cooked the bacon all the way through. I also thought the pool was 4 season. But it was cold. Even indoor. After 20 minutes it was unbearable.

I liked the very comfortable beds and pillows. Were on the 15th floor, which is quite a view! Good size room. Very nice breakfast buffet.
