Hyatt Regency Sacramento

Excellent location for exploring Sacramento, lots of amenities within walking distance and the views are great from the Regency Lounge. Hotel was super communicative before, during, and after my stay. The staff were friendly and valet service was fast and efficient.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The staff was so friendly and kind. They check in was a breeze. The room was immaculate. They had a big hair dryer, a magnifying make up mirror, all the comforts of home! The housekeeping staff was so friendly and kind. It was a great stay!

Decent hotel but getting old. Water damage in the ceiling above the shower. Mold on the ceiling as well. Needs to be updated, especially for the price. Bar is pretty good as is the service. Gym is good although located in a building next door. Breakfast is solid as is the service. Location is also pretty good. But the rooms badly need updating and the bed mattress was way beyond its time!

Amazing experience! The entire staff at this property is absolutely amazing. Great dining options, and within walking distance to other options around the city with a wonderful park across the street.

Great place, centrally located with lots of options in restaurants and bars, great customer service, attentive and very clean and quiet. Felt very safe.

Excellent hotel. Efficient staff. Very clean. I highly recommend. The only suggestion I have is Google maps has you turning a block early and a left turn is not allowed on L. But the hotel is very good.

Husband and I watched a concert and ended up staying here for the night. Felt unsafe when I checked in around 11 pm. A creepy guy who also checked-in after me, complimented me, then waited for me at the elevator. He probably thought I was by myself. Nothing bad happened as I was with my husband but yeah, I am not sure if I’d ever book a hotel reservation here again.
Unfortunately, we stayed while the State Capitol Bldg is under construction so view is unpleasant. A lowly Discoverist; no room upgrade received.

Nice. Good location. Easy walk around town. Close to Golden one Center. Nice skyline views. Nice bar area. Really good fitness center, however not attached to hotel. Plenty of parking if you chose not to use Valet. Steps to the convention center.

Clean and amazing facility, great gym, super friendly staff, and parking was very available with charging stations available during my entire stay

Arrived at the hotel with our belongings and checked into our room, only to find out the next day my coat was missing. Spoke to the hotel staff and they were not concerned and actually made me feel like I was bothering them when I let them know it went missing from my room. I have had to continually follow up and they have not tried to make good of anything. Very frustrating.

Stayed for the CASMEC conference. A very decent conference hotel, surprisingly quiet even though big events are going on. Shout-outs to Carrie, who provided great customer service at the front desk, and the valet personnel as well. Generally, the staff were courteous and helpful. As a Cat 3 Hyatt hotel, it exceeds my expectations with great service.

The evening lounge has two hot foods (skewers and fried dumplings), charcuteries, desserts, and fruits. Breakfast was somewhat similar, limited, but okay. Over the weekend, I visited the evening lounge 30mins before closing, and there were only desserts available. Lounge guests can have breakfast buffet at the Vines restaurant on weekends.

The Hotel itself was excellent. I used the hotel parking lot for $25.00 per night. My car had two doors of my car scratched by a car that parked next to me overnight. I advised the front desk and they gave me the parking lot manager’s phone number. I hoped to get a copy of their camera film to identify who hit my car. After calling several times, the parking manager never would never answer my call or call me back.
I am now out my insurance deductible to have my car repaired.

Perfect location to go to Golden 1 Center for NBA Sacramento King's game.
We were there for my husband's birthday and we went to watch King's game on the same day. The front desk specialist was very nice and welcomed us. The room was clean and quiet. We received a birthday cake from the hotel as a warm welcome! I was very surprised which added a positive satisfaction towards this trip staying with Hyatt Regency Sacramento. I will come agai next time.

Spouse and I stayed here while visiting family and friends over the holidays.
Check in was seamless and friendly. We had purchased a package which included self parking and food credit. No problems having the benefits applied to our account.

Food: Enjoyed a late night snack at the bar near the lobby. Food and service were great.

Parking: We didn’t valet. We self parked. Self parking is usually $25 but again, we had a package that covered garage parking so was able to park for free. The garage is easily accessible from the second floor.

Room: Clean and spacious enough. The bathroom is a little dated. We had a shower that had a slow drain. Reported it the next day, it was immediately addressed. We liked the thoughtful amenities like a keurig in the room and a water bottle fill station available on the floor.

Noise: We got a room on the 14th floor after seeing earlier reviews about the construction across the street. (Construction is for the Capital building’s extension and it’s ongoing.) Noise was minimal but you can hear the large trucks early in the morning so if you’re sensitive to noise, bring earplugs.

The hotel is immaculate and great location. The staff was awesome, I had a few disappointing stays at Hyatts lately, but this one was an excellent experience.

I would warn parties of four making reservation for a 2 bed room, these beds are too small for 2 ppl each. We had flown 5 hours to attend a close family wedding and were looking forward toward a good night sleep and comfy bed space. Given the small bed sizes, we were never able to sleep comfortably. Forget about feeling rested and relaxed, we came back home with body aches. Of course, not feeling rested also resulted in not being able to enjoy the wedding celebrations either.

Great location (2min walk to the state capitol and capitol park. 10min walk to Golden 1 Center). The parking is convenient, saving me a lot of parking cost (just park at the hotel and walk to nearby attractions). The staff are friendly.

Great experience at Hyatt Regency Sacramento. They are very welcoming and accommodating. The staff sent a complimentary welcome cake and champagne to celebrate our daughter's 18th Bday Celebration we were having at another banquet venue a few blocks away from Hyatt Regency Sacramento. We had the choice of staying at the venue but we decided to stay at Hyatt Regency Sacramento because we are more already familiar with the Hyatt services and did not want to be disappointed by other hotels in the area. I only trust Hyatt to deliver exceptional service and at Hyatt Regency Sacramento - they truly did.

It was my first time at Hyatt Regency Sacramento for a business tradeshow. I enjoyed the short walk over to the convention center. I loved the layout of the hotel, my room, the lounge, and Dawson's!

The service was superb and I will be back!
