Cons:

They hotel overbooked and sent us 20 minutes away to stay at another location with no prior warning. They waited until we showed up to check in. We had to spend $85 extra in Ubers to get to the venue that we came for.

I booked this property back in early December because it was close to the concert venue and they ended up selling our room to someone else so im not sure what the room was like.

Cons:

booked this property back in early December and when come time to check in they told me that they had sold our room. But they were moving us to the other property 20 minutes up the road and that they would be paying for but we had already paid so basically we still paid. But we booked this property because it was close to the concert venue.

Really enjoy the Holiday Inn. Great value. Very clean comfortable rooms. Also very quiet!
Pros:

The breakfast was great. Lots of variety. But the best part of breakfast was Swift, the man who staffs the breakfast area. He is so warm and personable with a great sense of humor. He made breakfast so enjoyable and a great start to our day! A big shout out to Swift from Nancy and Daniel!

I am not happy with the facility compared with the cost that was charged.
Pros:

Breakfast and location was perfect for hospital. Had appointments all day at hospital.

Cons:

The heat was poor. Called front desk for someone to check it. He came in then went for blankets and wrapped them around heater. When I had blood work the next day my bloodwork showed high CO2. Found hairs in shower.

Liked the hotel, it’s one of the better ones in the area.
Pros:

I liked the size of the room and the appearance of the room.

Cons:

I am from Florida and my AC/Heat broke the second night and I was cold and had to sleep there that night because no rooms were available. Luckily I was able to switch rooms.

Absolutely horrible. Attacked by bed bugs.
Cons:

Beware of bed bugs!! Do not stay at this hotel! This hotel will not refund your money or take accountability! I've had to endure an urgent care visit, be placed in medication and miss a day of work and they have offered me nothing! Hotel desk manager unprofessional and couldn't even remember what room I told him we stayed in, so they "checked 3 rooms". Said he had that room booked "every night since we left and had no complaints" and we had only been gone one night. If he knew anything about these stupid bugs then he would know that it could take 1-14 days for the bites to appear. In my case it was approximately 12-16 hours when I started getting places pop up. I've never encountered anything like this before in my life. These bites or the service. Do not stay here!
