No Internet, TV choice limited - no streaming services - Netflix etc.
Had to move room as humming/ buzzing noise which came every few minutes was very annoying - turned out it was from the lift

Despite getting ready for 70+ people for checking in, a beautiful lady working check in took the time to see if our room was ready even though we were early. In the morning, the gentleman that took care of the breakfast was so friendly, welcomed everyone, made sure the food was stocked. There were a lot of hungry baseball & soccer players there!

I booked a room because I just needed a hot shower after staying with my fiancé at the hospital in the trauma unit for days. I checked in and my room didn’t have hot water, the manager told me I could check out and that my stay would be refunded. I contacted the hotel the next day and the person who I talked to told me this was my fault for using booking.com. I contacted booking.com customer and the have informed me that the hotel does not agree with my request for a refund. They credited me $11 for the inconvenience. This is an absolute scam and I would absolutely not recommend booking.com or this hotel.

Breakfast and attendant were great!
The TV in our room was on it's way out of service-weird lights showing g on screen.

Gym was dirty and ac wasn’t working which resulted in Ants.
Rooms have adjacent rooms for kids which is okay for families with kids but not for couple or professionals.
Every night I could hear adjacent rooms TV and shower.
If sleep is a priority ask for a private room or go to a different hotel.

Room was humid. Muggy. But not so bad we complained.
I felt safe and appreciated the clean rooms.
