Experience traditional Tbilisi housing in the heart of the city
Pros:

Authentic Tbilisi house with remained classic entry in the heart of the city. Very close to any Tbilisi landmark, Sololaki and Galleria shopping mall. Nice pubs and cafes on the street of the hotel. Very well furnished with georgian cultural elements. Liked the custom painting with the alphabet. Amazing host!

Pros:

Отель находится в историческом центре, на самой вкусной пешеходной улице. Рядом полно отличных кафе, баров и ресторанов. Рядом метро, недалеко есть обменники и хороший ТЦ, в какую сторону не пойдешь, до достопримечательности дойдешь. Рядом есть отличный винный бар Veritas, очень рекомендую. Диван и кровать в номере класс.

Cons:

Не сразу понял как работает кондей, в первую ночь было душно. В итоге переставил его к стене лицом, слишком яркий диот, мешал спать. По шуму в первую ночь было непривычно, во вторую привык. Также не нашел инструкции к сейфу, но но был такой легкий что можно спокойно в руках носить.

Homely, welcoming and charming apartments centrally located.
Pros:

Wonderful and warm hostess in Lili, made us very comfortable. Each individual apartment has a mezzanine floor to maximise the space. Plenty of cupboards and beds to house a family. Location is very central and one minute from Liberty Square, Coffee shops and bars all on the doorstep.

Cons:

Slight lack of privacy due to the nature of the layout of the whole property - as a typical Georgian house of its period, a verandah runs around the back onto which the apartment windows overlook. This can feel a bit impersonal though the long net curtains help. Drains in the bathroom were a bit smelly and our wash basin was cracked which leaked water onto the floor. Not a big deal though. Ceilings are thin so can be noisy if other guests/neighbours are walking about late.

Excellent hotel in the heart of the city.
Pros:

Great location & facilities.(sofa & good kitchen.)
Lili was very helpful resolving any problems - booking tour, transport & sim. She even made me sandwiches for trip next day.
An excellent experience & value for money.

Friendly staff and a quirky concept, but the building is very old with zero soundproofing, creaky floors, and a loft bed

The staff were generally helpful and polite, and the place has an interesting concept/character. Check-in was fine and the overall service was decent.

Cons:

The building is very old and has only had a cosmetic refresh. Wooden floors creak constantly and the soundproofing is basically non-existent — you can hear everything from neighbouring rooms. The “loft” bed layout (high up near the ceiling) is also a poor design choice: it gets very hot and stuffy up there, making it uncomfortable to sleep.

Нам всё понравилось! Правда мы останавливались на одну ночь.
Нас угораздило проникнуть в нашу комнату не из классического уютного гостиничного коридора с пронумерованными комнатами, а промахнувшись, мы попали в очаровательный колодец старого двора, с видом на высокую хурму с неопавшими ярко оранжевыми плодами, любовно обвитыми лозой , опавшей, конечно , в феврале, но ярко контрастирующей с чёрным виноградом, на фоне гор, и интимно развешенного соседского белья, как , в Венеции.
Квартира же, очень уютная. Кухня оборудована для жизни. Мы пользовались только чайником и холодильником, но там есть и всё остальное.
Два санузла, и всё , что нужно к ним прилагалось.
Удобные кровати. На второй этаж крутая очень красивая лестница. Потолок на втором этаже низковат… Но, тем , кто выпил чачи , велели заползать, так, что никто не пострадал. А наоборот, были страшно довольны.
Гостиница выходит на улицу с ресторанчиками, а улица , если повернуть налево в двух минутах от площади Свободы, то есть это прямо в центре .
Мы были готовы, что надо будет занести самим чемоданы на второй этаж, но …, при двух здоровенных мужиках, очаровательный портье, лихо подхватил два огромных чемодана…
Очаровательное место.
Для четверых идеально.
Локация супер.
Горячо рекомендую!
