Very nice apartment
Pros:

Very clean and modern in the city center

Cons:

The staff didn’t properly communicate the codes to enter in advance and there was no one when we got in - we had to wait for the receptionist to come. He was also not very friendly

Great place to stay, thank you!
Pros:

A nice old building , but tastefully modernised. Centrally located and easy to walk to many key locations. Very comfortable beds. Lots of restaurants in the street which is great if you arrive late. Nice cafe next door for breakfast. Very reasonably priced.

Cons:

May be best to get a room at the back if you are a light sleeper as the street can be quite busy at night.

Pros:

Отличное местоположение, пешая доступность до любой локации.
Двухуровневый номер, с удовлетворительным ремонтом. Очень компактный, разгуляться места немного, но более чем достаточно для ночевки и дальнейших прогулок. Имеется стиральная машина, и мини-кухня, что очень удобно. Ванная комната совсем маленькая, но что поделать)))
Но моя оценка исключительно из-за местоположения - оно просто отличное.

Cons:

Довольно шумно, если окна выходят на пешеходную улицу. С открытым окном не поспишь. Хотя в заведениях написано, что они работают до полуночи, но реально и в 3-4 утра слышны разговоры, песни и иногда крики. Все решается с большего закрытым окном.
Но в последний день пребывания заехали туристы, которые по соседству устроили попойку и караоке прямо в номере - это было ужасно, так как слышимость очень хорошая.
Номера, в принципе как и по всей Грузии, убирают очень поверхностно. Поменяли полотенце если оно лежит на полу, туалетную бумагу и салфетки могут поставить, а могут и не поставить. Про пыль или подобное вообще не стоит говорить, тут ее не убирают от слова совсем.

Прекрасные апартаменты!
Pros:

Очень уютные апартаменты. Прекрасная хозяйка Лили заботится о каждом посетителе.В самом центре, близко до всех магазинов, рядом много прекрасных ресторанов. Замечательная веранда. У нас был улучшенный люкс 81 м, это было очень комфортное проживание. Спасибо за отдых!

Very comfortable - certainly recommended!
Pros:

The location is superb, easy access to old town and other areas of interest. Plenty of café's, restaurants, etc nearby. The host (Lilly) can help organizing (day)trips with reliable drivers at a fair price. The appartment was spacious, had a good coffee machine (including coffee pods), good fridge, good shower, etc. All very clean.

Cons:

Paskunji is located in a charming old building, so be prepared to hear your neighbors. That said, if you have a room at the rear of the building, you will not be disturbed by any street noise.

A good find.
Pros:

Having a whole apartment is great for long stays. To wash clothes, cook healthy dishes and to have space for you and your family/friends.

Cons:

The entrance to the property. It was difficult to find and it doesn’t saying on booking.com how to get there. You have to ring the number too to get the host to come down and let you in. I don’t have an international minutes on my SIM. So had to get another hotel to call the owner.

Хороший вариант для проживания в Тбилиси
Pros:

Красиво, чисто, уютно. Удобная кровать, супер удобные подушки, белейшие полотенца и халаты, новая современная сантехника. Большой холодильник, красивые тарелки. Хорошая локация в центре города: до площади Свободы идти две минуты. Всё - в пешей доступности. Ночью было тихо, хотя окна выходили на улицу.

Cons:

Шумный кондиционер, тесновато в санузле. Около раковины нет места практически совсем, куда бы можно было что-то поставить. Нужно сделать хотя бы полку под зеркалом.
С чемоданом придётся подниматься пешком на 2й этаж. Если чемодан тяжёлый - учтите это.

Amazing, would stay here again!
Pros:

Amazing size family room, super comfortable for me and my 5 adult friends with great amenities, very clean, extremely comfortable beds and blankets, 2 bathrooms and super central in the old town. Lots of places nearby to eat and drink! Great facilities including stove, laundry, dishwasher, fridge.

Cons:

Be warned there are stairs to enter but they will help with your luggage!

Feeling at home while travelling
Pros:

Very friendly staff, super comfy bed, super bedsheet, amazing location and super support with any of our questions and requests . We felt at home already before arriving, as Lili the Manager has contacted us beforehand and we could arrange several bookings for activities during our stay. Also parking is nearby and convenient, just ask for details.

Cons:

Wish we could have stayed longer.

Номера чисті, персонал чудовий, розташування зручне, в номері є все необхідне)

Cons:

Шумоізоляція, все чути з сусідніх номерів, відчуття що ходять і говорять в твоїй кімнаті. Основне, це нічний клуб навпроти, якщо вікна виходить на головну вулицю. До 4 ночі неможливо було заснути, навіть у бірюшах. Але це було лише у пʼятницю, в будні все ок.

Pros:

Це був дуже комфортний і затишний досвід перебування. Я подорожувала з мамою і для нас цей готель став наче другим домом на цей час. Особливо хочу подякувати команді, яка оточила нас турботою, піклувалась про нас і допомагала порадами, підказками по місту і максимально оперативно вирішувала всі питання, які виникали. Готель дуже затишний і має класну шумоізоляцію. Попри розміщення в центрі, галас міста тут взагалі не чутно. Тільки співи пташок і нявкання котиків у дворі)
Також у дворі величезна акація і гранат, які пахнуть і радують око.
Загалом враження у нас із мамою дуже круті і ми обов'язково сюди повернемось.
Дякуємо за таке чудове місце і за неймовірних людей, які ним опікуються♥️

Pros:

The location is great! Super close to the liberty square with all the conveniences around, yet, the place is surprisingly quiet considering it's an old building. We could still hear other guests sharing the same balcony but that was it. The room is comfortable with everything we needed.

Cons:

One tiny thing can be easily improved is to place a handwash in the toilet - we couldn't find it and use the bodywash in the shower to wash our hands.
