Pros:

Lication, room, bath, design, atmosphere - everything is top. I've visited a lot of hotels in Tbilisi, and this option is one of my fav from now on. Madloba!

Cons:

Soundproofing with room at the same floor is not the best (you can hear footsteps and muted voices). Also, located on lively tourist street, so you probably will hear music all the time (soundproof with street is good tho, and it's a problem).

Historic charm with a modern twist
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property in the heart of the historic part of the city, just 100 meters from Liberty Square. Set in a beautifully restored 200-year-old building, it perfectly blends historic charm with modern comfort. The renovation has been done with great attention to detail, creating a stylish, cozy, and welcoming atmosphere.

Lili made us feel special by treating us with wine, and Georgi's warm smile and friendly attitude made us feel at home throughout our stay. Their genuine hospitality made all the difference.

Thank you, Lili and Georgi, for making our visit so memorable. It was a pleasure staying at your place, and we would be happy to come back. Highly recommended!

Wunderschönes Boutique-Hotel
Pros:

Ein wunderschönes Hotel in perfekter Lage mitten im Zentrum von Tiflis. Das stilvoll renovierte alte Gebäude verbindet historischen Charme mit modernem Design. Direkt vor der Tür gibt es viele tolle Restaurants und Cafés.
Ein besonderes Dankeschön an Lilie, die uns bei der Organisation des Transfers vom Flughafen unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit unterstützt hat. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!

Pros:

Viihtyisä kahdessa tasossa oleva asunto, pienellä parvekkeella.
Asunto oli siisti ja jopa vessaharja oli uusi ja puhdas. Vanha talo oli kunnostettu tyylikkäästi ja valojen sijoitus oli mietitty huolellisesti. Valmistimme itse aamiausemme ja keittiössä oli tarvittavat välineet valmistukseen. Myös viinipullon avaaja löytyi. Makuuhuoneen sänky oli loistava nukkumiseen ja kaapista löytyi erilaisia tyynyjä nukkumiseen. Pyykinoesukone oli miellyttävä yllätys meille ja myös pesuaine oli ilmainen. Asunnosta löytyi myös ensiapulaukku, sekä ompeluvälineet vaatteiden korjaamiseen. Äänieristys kadulta toimi, kun muisti sulkea yöksi puiset ikkunaluukut. Henkilökunta auttoi kaikissa tilanteissa ja kysymyksissä.
Myös hyvien ravintoloiden suosituksissa.
Minulla ei ole mitään negatiivista palautetta annettavaa.
Nautimme mieheni kanssa ja tunsimme itsemme kuninkaallisiksi.

Pros:

Очень хороший отель. В номерах чисто, всё необходимое есть. Расположение отеля удобное , рядом торговый центр, продуктовые магазины, площадь свободы, старый город, в шаговой доступности фруктовая и овощная лавка , где можно оплатить как картой , так и наличными. Персонал очень дружелюбный , все вопросы решаются быстро. Отдельная благодарность управляющей отелем Лили, всегда поможет с любыми вопросами связанные с пребыванием в Грузии. Лили замечательный и добрый человек! Спасибо вам огромное за прекрасный отпуск в Грузии. Мы обязательно вернемся к вам!

Pros:

Просто бомбезное расположение, приятные хозяева( особенно Лилли)/ админы. В квартире есть все что нужно, приятно удивило то что убираются и меняют полотенца как в гостиницах.

Charming stay in the heart of Tbilisi
Pros:

Excellent location in old Tbilisi just a few steps from Liberty Square. Charming historic buildings with modern amenities. Very friendly staff. Special thanks to Lilia the host.

Cons:

All rooms are on the second floor and there is no elevator, but we got help from the front desk staff with out luggage up and down.
