Central location, although due to street noise until after midnight, maybe not great if you expect somewhere quiet.
Washing machine and kitchen appliances all good.
Owner very helpful and friendly, the other staff were a bit closed and would hardly say hello on passing. The young woman smiled a bit but the two men seemed irritated to be there.

Cons:

Sound insulation not great between apartments. At times we felt me had people coming into the room, when people were moving around beside or above us.
Light fittings could be a bit better, it was nearly all lights on at once or not enough.
The toilet kept filling with water after flushing unless you knew the trick.

Первое - изумительное расположение, лучше сложно придумать. Центр города, рядом куча кафе, напротив кофейня с отличным кофе, близко до всех досторимечательностей, продуктовый магазин и метро тоже рядом. А так же интересный магазин чая, лавка украшений ручной работы на площади Гудиашвили (дойдите по ул Лермонтова и направо), изумительный район Сололаки. Само здание очень красивое, когда еще выпадет возможность пожить практически в особняке.
Второе - очень радушный персонал, традиционное грузинское гостеприимство, Лили - огромное спасибо!
Сама улочка шумная, но если окна во двор - никакого шума абсолютно, было очень приятно сидеть на балконе.
Чекин абсолютно без проблем, нам помогли занести чемоданы, за что отдельное спасибо.
В номере есть все необходимое, джакузи - просто огонь. Очень удобно, что есть стиральная машина, стиральный порошок тоже в наличии. Кухня оборудована всем необходимым, доставку продуктов можно заказать, да и Гудвилл рядом.
Неожиданно отличный wi-fi - для тех, кто работает, это может быть важно.
В общем, нам очень понравилось. С удовольствием приедем еще. Мне кажется, что это один из лучших вариантов в этом районе.

Номерам не помешал бы небольшой ремонт, а так все ок.

A wonderful example of true Georgian hospitality!
Pros:

Loved everything!! We came to Georgia to celebrate my mom’s 60th birthday and I wanted to make this day really special. Lili, the head of hospitality, was so kind to give us the best room, congratulate my mom with a delicious cake and a bottle of excellent Georgian wine! She also advised us the best restaurant for our celebration, I’m so grateful to her for everything 🥹
The room itself was beautiful, fully equipped with everything you might need (including a microwave oven and a washing machine), with a wonderful painted ceiling and a comfortable balcony to have your morning tea with a view! The location is just perfect, close to both Old Town and Liberty Square. I loved every detail and will definitely stay here again when I’m back to Georgia. Thank you ❤️

Great place and very welcoming people!
Pros:

Lili was a great host who took excellent care of us.
The studio was the perfect place for us and had everything we needed. Paskunji Residence is perfectly located in the city center and we were able to walk to many places
