Pros:

De ligging, de ongelooflijke vriendelijkheid van de receptioniste Margaret.
De bedden zijn prima.
Downtown Calgary en het vliegveld zijn dichtbij, zowel met de auto als met OV

Cons:

Het ontbijt was verre van ‘continental’ en nou ook niet echt gezond. Jammer, er is weinig voor nodig om het echt continental te maken.

We liked the hotel, location, facilities and crew all were very good. Breakfast couldn’t be simpler.

La reception ci ha fatto gentilmente il check-in con 1 ora di anticipo (attenzione: ha richiesto una carta di credito per il deposito.. forse c'è scritto nelle info).

Zona tranquilla (considerando chi gira in centro a Calgary).

Comoda posizione: si trova in una laterale della Highway e a 100mt dalla fermata del tram che ti porta in centro (c'è il totem per fare il biglietto con carta: 4CAD per 90min). Parcheggio con molti posti.

Cambio giornaliero della biancheria.

Consiglio per l'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Cons:

Colazione discreta: da aumentare la varietà (le uova sode meglio con il guscio).

Pulizia: si può fare di più, in particolare consiglio di lavare le tende che propagano un pò di puzza nell'ambiente e di pulire meglio i filtri dell'aria (senza l'ac accesa purtroppo la stanza diventa calda e umida)

Good fridge and freezer. Reusable cups and cutlery. Good cardio equipment. Pool and hot tub. Some healthy breakfast items, like hardboiled eggs and oatmeal. Friendly staff.

Reusable dishes at breakfast. Weights in the gym.

Pros:

Hotel je blízko tramvajové zastávky, takže cesta do / z centra Calgary to je opravdu velmi rychlá, pohodlná a bezpečná. Snídaně byly uspokojující, i když na tak velký hotel bylo málo místa k sezení.

Cons:

Vybavení pokoje je velmi použité a koupelna nebyla dobře uklizená.

Pros:

Everything in the room was absolutely amazying!

Cons:

The only negative I have is that the pillows was EXTREMELY uncomfortable. They were lumpy instead of fluffy and wished we had our own pillows. Would go back because the money for the room was fair price, but need to bring our own pillows.
Not as close as I thought it would be to downtown

Well located. If the rooms were cleaner then it would garner a higher rating. Enjoyed the pool.

Staff was friendly and it's right on the transit line

Cons:

The room was dirty. Walls dusty. Head rest sticky. Dishes in kitchenet were dirty. Sticky doors.
