Pros:

Property was in a very convenient location

Cons:

The property definitely needed some updates as in the pool was down the blinds and tile in some of the bathrooms needed replaced and fixed. They needed to replace some of the walls in the bedrooms.

Cons:

They took incidentals deposit and just kept it. 99% of hotels give back the deposit. I don't know what they do with it

A lot of work needs to be done on the hotel to get our business back.
Pros:

We used to stay here often. Then during one of our stays we were told there was no hot water. We decided to stay anyway. The next time we booked, we had no hot water, but was not told about it in advance. The next time, something else was massively wrong. So we booked it once more, and got a call during our dinner that the rooms had no heat. we decided to go to a different hotel, I must say they at least gave us a heads up this time. That was the end of January, and I am still waitnig for a refund. Needless to say, this hotel is off our list.

Ann arbor cheapest one around
Pros:

The location was great the main road was about 200meters from the location. It was awesomeness quiet.
No screaming kits or running in the hallway. Its the cheapest in the area. Even it's short Cummings is not as bad as other places ive been. Alot of open parking. Food options for around the area are quite great.

Cons:

Blinds where broken. The lamp next to the bed didnt work. The faucet didnt lock for a good shower.
The connected restaurant went out of business. Couldn't turn off the heater. Just set it lower. Vending machines not filled regularly. 50.00 insurance cover for the room after I paid in full though booking its been 6 days still haven't got back yet.

Would not stay again.
Pros:

One staff member was friendly. Location was pretty good to get downtown.

Cons:

Hotel felt dirty, our TV wasn't working when we arrived (tried to fix and didn't, but they weren't interested in discounting our room), most staff were less than friendly. Would not stay again.
