A waste of money. If I’d known the reality of this hotel I would not have booked it. If I hadn’t already been charged fo
Pros:

Despite my arrival at 4:30am, the front desk staff was helpful and spent considerable time trying to find me a clean room. Hotel seems safe.

Cons:

1. I called ahead to let the hotel know I would be arriving late, however this information was not shared or noted and when I arrived I was told I was considered a no show and my room had been given away. After driving all night and arriving at 4:30am, I had to wait over30 mins while the desk agent tried to find me a room and then get the system to release it for me.
2. The hotel was advertised as having free breakfast and this was one of the reasons I selected the hotel. The hotel has eliminated breakfast and removed all vending machines from the hotel. This is a misrepresentation. There are zero amenities.
3. Photos are not representative of the facilities. The hotel is old & dingy.
4. My window blind does not open, and I have no control over the AC/Heating in the room. My room is so humid that my sheets are actually damp.
5. Hotel has apparently been purchased by a major chain and is undergoing renovations. Hotel should be closed until renovations have been completed - The hotel conditions and lack of services makes this a waste of money
Note: this was the first of a four night stay.

But it wasn’t that far from the hospital.

Cons:

The carpets are wet. You can tell that the roof is leaking. Everything about the place is damp. The toilets don’t flush. The bathrooms were clean and it was Ok until you flush the toilet

It was almost as cheap as the red roof next door, which looked even worse.

Cons:

Cleaning staff ignored the "do not disturb" sign and walked into the room while I was undressed. Unbelievable.
The front desk staff has no power to do basic things you'd expect from a hotel. Extending the stay means rebooking multiple rooms, changing keys, and re-running incidentals charges on the card.

I would stay there again.
Pros:

There was no breakfast but I knew that ahead of my stay. No problem there. The room was clean and quiet. that is all I needed.
