Definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family, and in future will choose it again
Pros:

We like that rooms were clean and comfortable. The furniture and interior was well designed. We like that we have enough toiletries and using DOVE products make the bathrooms smells fragrantly.

Water pressure in the shower seemed low. A room on the second floor was labeled ice but there was no ice only a washer and dryer?

I liked the location, & price as there were quite a few amenities available.

Cons:

The toilet have a stain on it. Easy fix though as I used a make up wipe that was in the bathroom to wipe the seat down. The clerk that checked me in was having trouble astwo of my credit cards were declined as the price was too much. She ended up giving me my card keys and advised that someone would be contacting me later. Come to find out she was checking me in under another person's reservation. No one contacted me as I found out when I returned to the desk later that evening because my card keys weren't working. Plus my debit card was charged and no one told me. I got back the $50 incidental fee, but on my two credit cards there's still a $50 pending charge.
