Great location but need experienced staff to work at night
Pros:

I like the location proximity to the college and the stores surrounding the area. The hotel is located in walking distance from restaurants and retail shopping areas.

Cons:

The front desk wasn't paying attention and charged my card to the wrong room twice. Then gave me a room key that was someone was already sleeping in. When I finally got my room, the bathroom wasn't clean and the air conditioning unit in the room came off. I couldn't go anywhere else by then because my card had been swiped 3 times which placed a hold on the funds I had planned to use for my daughter's move in day for college. Wasn't a good experience at this location.
