We liked our room even though it was a handicapped accessible, but we should have been given an option on it.
We may ask for that type of room anyway in the future. It was really roomy and comfortable.
Couldn't believe there was no free coffee in the lobby.

The customer service was OUTSTANDING! The cleanliness of our hotel room was the best I have ever seen! I highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again in a heartbeat. They definitely know how to make their guests feel welcomed and appreciated!

Way overpriced for the less than stellar service and accommodations that were provided.
Pros:

The food was good.

Cons:

I am handicap and have a Service Dog. They tried to charge me $100 fee for my dog (against the law) and then placed me on the 3rd floor where there was a broken elevator and was only accessible by stairs.
Also there was only ONE trash can on the outside of the property.
