Kiváló szállás, kedves személyzet.
Pros:

Nagyon kedves és segítőkész a személyzet. Könnyű vol a becsekolás. A hotel nagy közel van mindenhez, a belvárosban helyezkedik el.

Cons:

Minden kiváló volt. A fűtő panel bekapcsolását egy kicsit nehezebb volt megtalálni, de sikerült és meleg volt a szobában.

Exceptional value for money
Pros:

Breakfast was fantastic great choice, especially as a vegan.
Location was amazing.
Beds were comfy and room as good size and bathroom nice.
Staff super friendly and helpful, I cannot fault this hotel at all.

Good enough
Pros:

The ubication was good, easy to find and the receptionist was very lovely.

Cons:

I could hear the noise in the next room aswell as the hall, the dining room on peak time during breakfast was very limited (making difficult to get a seat), the towels provided were old and rough to touch.

Lovely stay
Pros:

Genuine warm friendly staff. Lovely relaxed vibe. Breakfast was far better than expected. Spotlessly clean. Very quiet rooms, heard no noise whatsoever.
The hotel, room and facilities are exactly as described

An excellent base for a stay in Bergen
Pros:

A very well appointed hotel, with super helpful and friendly staff. Our friends needed a kettle and without hesitation, the reception staff produced one! We were also allowed to leave our luggage, as we had a day away. The breakfast is fantastic!

As in the name it was comfortable
