Everything , SPA staff not sure her name , was a long name but her service was second to none, will go back again for sure , If you’re looking for an premium service go for it no turning back on this.

A great dining experience. The staff were extremely caring and courteous. The chef of Samudra Mr. Chris ensured that our expectations were met. The food was absolutely delicious. Every staff went over and beyond. Overall a great experience.

My recent stay at Trident Chennai was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the entire experience reflected true hospitality, professionalism, and genuine warmth. This was my first visit to this particular Trident property, and I must say it has left a very strong and positive impression on me compared to other Trident hotels I have visited earlier.

I would like to begin by sincerely appreciating Meleena, the Reception Executive, who welcomed me with a very pleasant smile and personally guided me to my room. Her polite nature, calm communication, and helpful attitude made the check-in process extremely smooth and comfortable. She is truly a very sweet and professional individual who sets a wonderful first impression of the hotel.

Another lovely part of my stay was my interaction with Allena at the restaurant and club lounge. She was extremely courteous and approachable, and I genuinely enjoyed the conversations with her. It is always refreshing to meet hospitality professionals who create a friendly and comfortable environment while maintaining complete professionalism.

A special thank you to Mr. Sameer Patil, the Restaurant Assistant Manager, along with Shiva, for their attentive and proactive service. They ensured that everything I needed was taken care of without me even having to ask. Their dedication towards guest comfort and satisfaction truly reflects the high standards that Trident maintains. Their effort made my dining experience feel very personalised and well looked after.

The overall atmosphere of the hotel is extremely peaceful, positive, and refreshing. The property has a very calming energy that helps you relax and recharge, whether you are travelling for work or leisure. The ambience is beautifully maintained, giving a perfect balance of elegance and comfort.

I particularly enjoyed the swimming pool, which was very neatly maintained and hygienic. Spending time there was extremely relaxing, and it was evident that the hotel gives proper attention to cleanliness and upkeep. The spa services and gym facilities were also very well maintained, professional, and organised, making the overall stay experience more complete and enjoyable.

The room was very well kept, clean, and organised with great attention to detail. I would like to especially thank Prabhakar from the housekeeping team, who ensured that my laundry and other requirements were taken care of efficiently. The housekeeping service was prompt, neat, and very well managed, making the stay extremely comfortable.

I would also like to extend my gratitude to Front Desk Manager Laxmi ma’am for her caring nature and the sweetness in her communication. She made sure that everything was comfortable during my stay and her polite way of speaking truly reflects the culture of hospitality followed at Trident.

Another very unique and pleasant highlight of the property was the lively environment maintained by the General Manager. The presence of his two dogs adds a very warm and cheerful charm to the hotel atmosphere 🐾✨ making the place feel more welcoming and lively. It is wonderful to see leadership creating such a positive environment for both guests and staff.

If I may suggest one small area of improvement, the veg roll served at the club lounge felt slightly stiff and a bit undercooked. With a small improvement in this dish, the dining experience would become absolutely perfect.

Overall, I would like to congratulate and thank the entire Trident Chennai team for delivering such a high level of service, care, and professionalism 👏. Every team member contributed towards making my stay comfortable and memorable.

I truly had a wonderful experience and would definitely love to visit again. I also look forward to personally meeting the General Manager on my next visit.
