Excellent, warm and welcoming
Pros:

Stunning hotel, incredible warm and friendly welcome. This was the first stop of my trip from Chennai to Goa and the hotel and staff made it the perfect place to start. Excellent staff, very clean and delicious food. Very peaceful - I wish I could have stayed for more than one night!

I had a fantastic stay at Trident Chennai. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the staff were extremely welcoming, attentive, and professional. The room was spotless, well maintained, and very comfortable. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and pleasant, making it a very relaxing stay. I am very happy with my experience and would definitely return again in the future.

Good time at Cinnamon!
Pros:

The food was great. Akash, Adithyan, Saurabh were extremely helpful and they were kind enough to engage with my son for some buffet food items while we were there for a-la-carte. Would 100% recommend to try the food here for the taste as well as the top-class hospitality!

outstanding experiance
Pros:

i left early morning and could not try. However last night dinner was excellent. Service and staff courtesy was outstanding. The property is well maintained and very clean and tidy.

Cons:

if Trident has a property in the city center would be great. This location in the close vicinity is good however i am sure it would be a experiance if there is one in the city center.
