My stay at Trident Chennai was my very first experience with the Trident brand, and I can confidently say it has set a benchmark I have never seen before.
I was visiting on an official trip, and on my very first morning I had an unfortunate accident where I slipped in the bathtub and hurt myself badly. I was shaken, still trying to process what had happened, but I continued with my scheduled plant visit.
While I was stepping out, Aarushi, the head manager, personally came to check on me and asked for all the details of the incident. What happened next truly touched my heart. She immediately arranged for my room to be changed. When I returned, I was overwhelmed – I had been upgraded to a suite, a doctor’s appointment at the hospital had been organized for me, and the team ensured I didn’t have to worry about a single thing.
What moved me even more was that they did not charge me anything and sent across two beautiful hampers with so much warmth and care.
I have stayed at many hotels and properties, but I have never experienced this level of genuine concern, empathy, and hospitality. Aarushi made sure every comfort was taken care of so I could rest, recover, and not face even the smallest inconvenience.
I truly feel words fall short in expressing how grateful and thankful I am to the entire team at Trident Chennai. Thank you for turning a frightening morning into an experience filled with kindness and support. This is hospitality at its absolute finest.

Very near to the airport

This was a most exceptional stay I’ve had at a hotel. Of course, the hotel was beautiful, so verdant and green (and beautifully different in that way), it was also well located for me (close to the airport). But the differentiating factor of this hotel was undoubtedly, the staff. At every corner, all of the staff, without exception, were above and beyond caring, courteous, and attentive. This does not come without an emphasis and training by the leadership, and I am deeply appreciative of that. The food and dining was great too, with a large variety and very good taste. I would definitely recommend this property, and will personally be back! Thank you to all the staff members.

We had come for a lunch at Cinnamon Restaurant and the food was really amazing. They had a wide spread of different cuisines in their menu and every dish we ordered was really good. The hospitality of each and every staff member working in the restaurant and the hotel itself was amazing. They were keeping a continuous check on us to ensure everything was fine.

Hosted a dinner at Trident Chennai for my son and his group of 14 friends, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. Managing such an energetic young group is not easy, but the team handled it with great warmth, patience, and professionalism.

A special thanks to Nandu, Mubashir, Shiva, Akash, Ritham, and Anand for their outstanding support. They were extremely attentive, courteous, and ensured that we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout the evening.

The food quality, ambience, and overall hospitality were excellent. The team truly made the celebration memorable for the entire group. Highly appreciate the effort and would definitely recommend Trident Chennai for family and group gatherings.

Mr Altamash and Anand were great hosts at samudra. The food was delicious and great service. Great place to dine! Wonderful!
