Some (just one) staff might be a bit more considerate to seniors that are “hearing impaired”. We want to understand your conversation, so we will sometimes ask you to repeat yourself. It would have been nice to have access to secure Wi-Fi without joining another hotel club.
This is a terrific hotel. Very well run. Quiet and very clean. Great location as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Good value for the location. Lots of parking. The rooms are very clean. My only complaint was the quality of the food. They serve only breakfast and it could be much better. Kid bartenders at night with very light pours.

The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. The hotel was also extremely well situated close to some fantastic places for breakfast, lunch or dinner which were, in many cases, within walking distance.
Nothing! The hotel met my expectations.
Would have enjoyed a small american breakfast alongside the complimentary morning coffee; bagel, toast, muffins, cream cheese, butter, fruit, cereal, milk. Something small to help feel the cost of staying one night feel a little more "worth it.

Breakfast buffet should have been provided instead of the select items from Bistro
The receptionist, Natasha, on October 10th at 12:00 pm was extremely helpful, and very patient and went out of her way to be nice to us when making reservations on various different dates using points. I am a Marriott Envoy Platinum Member, which has been useless up until now. Natasha on the other hand made up for it. Marriott should have more employees like her.

This is a very convenient and well maintained property. On the positive side, check in was quick and pleasant, the room clean, the bed linens, pillows and mattresses were excellent, recently renovated bathroom, comfortable desk and chair, large closet and dresser, and a sofa bed with ottoman. We did need to immediately change our first room as the thermostat was not working and the a/c never came on. And the morning flow of guests leaving their rooms, with doors opening and closing, seemed to be noisier than most properties. Overall I would definitely recommend and will return.

Nice rooms and bathroom.
The TV was not working. Would not turn on. The front desk clerk tried to fix it but couldn’t. He did offer us a chance to move, but we had long unpacked everything and had everything set out in the bathroom and in the room so we elected not to. At 4 o’clock in the morning the fire alarm went off for a few minutes. No announcements were made. nothing was said and I called the front desk and asked if everything was OK and they said yes everything‘s OK so at that point we tried to get back to sleep. About a half hour later the fire alarm went off again and again nothing was said and nothing was discussed and I called the front desk and they said yes, everything‘s OK. We had an early appointment to get to which is why we chose this hotel, and although the TV was an aggravation, the two fire alarms that went off, made it almost impossible to sleep.
Excellent location plus everything you need is close by. Stay here frequently.

Please put cosmetic/shaving mirrors with lights in your bathrooms.
