Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel. Que ce soit pour l’amabilité du personnel, la chambre, et le soit disant « dogfriendly »

Le fait qu’il y ait un parking au sein de l’hôtel.

Cons:

Tout le reste.
le réceptionniste à notre arrivée n’a pas été serviable, il fallait monter des marches pour accéder à la chambre; avec une poussette et charger de nos affaires, il nous a indiquée la chambre mais aucune proposition d’aide.. moyen.
La propreté dans la chambre : des poils dans la salle de bain et sur les draps, ainsi que sur les tables de chevet. Vraiment le ménage est à revoir.
L’isolation; l’hôtel est proche d’une ligne de train, en soit le train s’arrête à une certaine heure la nuit mais la porte d’entrée étant mal isolée on se croirait à l’extérieur.
Le petit déjeuner; très moyen avec très peu de choix.
L’animal de compagnie; nous voyageons avec notre chien depuis des années en Italie; à l’arrivée première remarque sur le chien, et au moment de payer le supplément du chien est de 30€. Mais attention la taille compte ! Si c’est un petit chien c’est 5€ moins cher. Je trouve cela aberrant. Cela n’est pas la peine d’indiquer dogfriendly si c’est pour faire payer autant. D’autant plus que le prix n’est même pas indiquer sur Booking. Que le montant soit de 10€ grand max ok mais 30€ c’est du vol. La chambre est déjà très chère pour les prestations qu’elle propose.

Mi sono trovato molto bene,il personale è molto gentile e sono molto disponibili, la struttura è bella e comoda posizionata in un quartiere sicuro, per colazione aggiungerei uova e bacon poi c'è tutto, posso dire che ci tornerei, lo consiglio

Il peggiore della mia vita

Tutto e voglio raccontare la mia esperienza in modo che nessuno si trovi mai in una situazione simile…. la stanza era sporca, specchi alonati, polvere ovunque,cuscini e lenzuola sporche, addirittura non mi è stata cambiata la carta igienica nel bagno, ma messo un sigillo ad un rotolo iniziato dal cliente precedente, mi sono lamentata della stanza prima quando sono entrata e non mi è stata proposta nessuna soluzione, ma la cosa peggiore in assoluto era l’odore di detergente chimico utilizzato per pulire non so cosa viste le condizioni della stanza, sono stata 40 minuti in quella camera e mi è venuto mal di testa e nausea.
Ho chiesto in reception di annullare il mio soggiorno vista la situazione, in quanto non riuscivo a sopportare quell’odore, ma si sono rifiutati anzi sono stata derisa in reception, a quel punto su mia insistenza mi sono fatta cambiare la stanza e solo il mio compagno si è fermato a dormire li per non perdere i soldi della prenotazione, mentre io ho trovato un’altra struttura, la colazione era scarsa e con prodotti mediocri per lo piu confezionati
Pensateci bene prima di prenotare perche in caso di problemi non solo non vi saranno proposte soluzioni, ma al contrario vi ritroverete a che fare con persone sgarbate e indifferenti ai problemi di clienti paganti.
Una vergogna, per il prezzo pagato, è una truffa.

Gutes Hotel für einen Rom Besuch, wenn man außerhalb wohnen möchte.
Pros:

Charmantes kleines Hotel, individuell & persönlich. Sehr leckeres Frühstück und auch sehr gutes Restaurant! Rom ist per Zug sehr gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

I had the pleasure of staying at Favilla Hotel di Charme for five nights, and it exceeded my expectations in so many ways.
From the moment I arrived, the entire staff made me feel genuinely welcome. Their hospitality goes far beyond what you would normally expect. They are warm, attentive, flexible, and always willing to accommodate special requests with a smile.
Although I originally booked a standard room, I was able to upgrade effortlessly to a beautiful room with a private patio. The process was quick, uncomplicated, and handled with great professionalism. The room was spotless, tastefully furnished, and maintained to a very high standard throughout my stay.
The restaurant deserves special praise. The food was excellent, with high-quality ingredients and delicious flavors. What impressed me most was the staff’s willingness to go beyond the regular menu to make guests happy. That level of personalized service is becoming increasingly rare.
Breakfast was enjoyable, although I believe it could be even better by offering more fresh vegetables such as tomatoes and cucumbers. However, after I mentioned this, the wonderful breakfast staff made sure to bring me fresh tomatoes every single morning. This thoughtful gesture perfectly reflects the hotel’s outstanding customer care.
I also decided to extend my stay, and the reception handled everything effortlessly while offering me a very fair price. Their flexibility and customer-oriented approach made the experience completely stress-free.
For anyone traveling by car, this hotel offers one of the biggest advantages you can find in Rome: free parking in a secure, gated area. This alone is an incredible benefit and removes a lot of the stress of driving in the city.
Despite being only about 20 minutes from the historic center of Rome, the hotel feels like a peaceful countryside resort.
