A Hidden Gem in Rome – Highly Recommended!
Pros:

I had the pleasure of staying at Favilla Hotel di Charme for five nights, and it exceeded my expectations in so many ways.
From the moment I arrived, the entire staff made me feel genuinely welcome. Their hospitality goes far beyond what you would normally expect. They are warm, attentive, flexible, and always willing to accommodate special requests with a smile.
Although I originally booked a standard room, I was able to upgrade effortlessly to a beautiful room with a private patio. The process was quick, uncomplicated, and handled with great professionalism. The room was spotless, tastefully furnished, and maintained to a very high standard throughout my stay.
The restaurant deserves special praise. The food was excellent, with high-quality ingredients and delicious flavors. What impressed me most was the staff’s willingness to go beyond the regular menu to make guests happy. That level of personalized service is becoming increasingly rare.
Breakfast was enjoyable, although I believe it could be even better by offering more fresh vegetables such as tomatoes and cucumbers. However, after I mentioned this, the wonderful breakfast staff made sure to bring me fresh tomatoes every single morning. This thoughtful gesture perfectly reflects the hotel’s outstanding customer care.
I also decided to extend my stay, and the reception handled everything effortlessly while offering me a very fair price. Their flexibility and customer-oriented approach made the experience completely stress-free.
For anyone traveling by car, this hotel offers one of the biggest advantages you can find in Rome: free parking in a secure, gated area. This alone is an incredible benefit and removes a lot of the stress of driving in the city.
Despite being only about 20 minutes from the historic center of Rome, the hotel feels like a peaceful countryside resort.

Rilassante permanenza fuori dal caos di Roma
Pros:

Hotel molto carino, pulitissimo, accogliente e con uno stile unico! Parola d’ordine: ospitalità e gentilezza del personale, sempre cortese e disponibile ad ascoltare le esigenze del cliente, anche per l’elasticità nel check out. Ci è piaciuto tutto, compresa l’ottima colazione abbondantissima e la cena al ristorante davvero di qualità. Abbiamo davvero apprezzato la possibilità di cenare nella veranda esterna e di poter stare in relax sui divanetti nel prato curatissimo. Una perla lontana dal caos di Roma, che terremo come punto di riferimento, anche per l’ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Ps. Menzione speciale: la comodità notevole di letto e cuscini, non così scontata !
