location perfect, right next to lake
parking good, - underground parking (wasnt too sure if the door would stay open on my way out,,, little bit risky... I think it started to close as I was driving out, but i was fast enough not too get my roof damaged :-)
friendly staff
good food in restaurant (dinner and breakfast) , sometimes staff not able to keep up with demand on meat and cheese at breakfast with a full hotel.

Cons:

hot water in sink not too good. but shower worked fine.
found out onsite about big construction projekt outside my window,, they worked late that day,, till about midnight.
