Sehr zentral gelegen, Frühstück okay, könnte abwechslungsreicher sein. An der Rezeption äußerst zuvorkommende und freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen.

Pros:

Ich war mit Freunden auf einer Wandertour und als Zwischenetappe ist das Hotel perfekt. Unkompliziert, Zimmer sauber und gute Betten, Dusche alles gut.

L’accueil très froid et incompétent
Le restaurant, prix exagéré pour repas minable , sommes arrivés après un car de touristes qui avaient tout dévalisé.
Aucun choix de dessert , une seule et unique crème à la confiture d’abricot .

Schöne Umgebung, jedoch mit deutlichen Mängeln im Zimmer.
Pros:

Besonders gefallen haben uns die gute Lage und die großzügige Zimmergröße. Das Strandbad ist etwa 1,5 km entfernt und bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, was einen schönen Spaziergang ermöglicht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Dachterrasse sowie die Sauna und das Dampfbad sind sehr schön. Zudem gibt es auf der 5. Etage eine praktische Bügelstation.

Cons:

Die Matratzen waren sehr dünn und komplett durchgelegen, sodass wir Rückenschmerzen bekommen haben. Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel und einen Preis von 350 € für zwei Nächte hatten wir deutlich höhere Erwartungen. Das Zimmer wies einige Mängel auf, darunter Löcher in der Gardine sowie mehrere sichtbar ausgebesserte und genähte Stellen. Zudem hatte der Spiegelschrank einen Sprung im Spiegel und war beschädigt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat uns daher nicht überzeugt.

Die Lage des Zimmers (direkter Blick auf den Bodensee war super. Das Badezimmer / Dusche ist angenehm gross.

Cons:

Der Raum in dem das Frühstück stattfindet ist sehr eng und entsprechend heiss. Obwohl das Angebot am Buffet gut war, hinterlässt dies einen negativen Eindruck, der sonst nicht zum insgesamt sehr guten Eindruck des Hotels passt.
