Pros:

Très joli cadre avec 2 belles piscines, très bon emplacement et un parking pratique pas très loin de l’hôtel. Super petit déjeuner et un cocktail de bienvenue !

Cons:

Il ne faut pas avoir peur de gros insectes : nous avons vu deux énormes cafards dans la chambre, forcément lié à l’humidité ou la végétation. C’était le seul bémol

The breakfast is excellent, the hotel has a great kitchen, although slow at times. The room was comfortable, and even though it was on top of the restaurant, they close everything down at 21h so you can have a restful night (you'll wake up early due to the noise from people having breakfast though).

Cons:

First time I've been to a hotel where there was a list of rules everywhere, the same rules that the receptionist reads out to you when you check in, making the process last a good 10 minutes. I don't understand the need for that.

Beautiful jungle-like ambiance
Pros:

Hotel Le Muuch offers a beautiful jungle-like ambiance that immediately creates a relaxing and unique atmosphere. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival, which made our stay even more special. Our room was incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable.

The breakfast and dinner options were excellent, and the staff were exceptionally kind and attentive throughout our stay. We were welcomed with a delicious complimentary drink, and Adrian was truly the perfect host we could have hoped for. Since we planned to visit Chichén Itzá very early in the morning, he even prepared a lunch box for us free of charge, which was such a thoughtful gesture.

The only minor downsides were the barking of dogs several times during the day and the unstable Wi-Fi connection caused by the stormy weather. Aside from that, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Certainement l’un de notre meilleur hôtel du Mexique ! Le personnel est attentionné et la chambre est très confortable et le tout extrêmement bien situé à 5 min à pied du Zocalo. Je recommande !

Pros:

Hôtel décoré avec beaucoup de soins , pleins de verdures , pleins de détails de deco
Les chambres sont grandes et confortables
Hôtel à 5mn à pied du centre ville
PDJ varié et copieux
Très belle terrasse en étage

Cons:

Salle de bains assez petite..la douche et les WC sont au même endroit dans un espace restreint
Très peu d espace de rangement
Il fait très chaud dans les espaces communs de m hôtel qui sont ouverts donc pas de Clim possible mais que des ventilateurs
Coté piscines on est vite envahi par les moustiques …dommage

バヤドリドを満喫できる宿
Pros:

建物もお庭も美しく、屋上テラスからの展望もよかったです。ピンクラグーンへの送迎もリーズナブルにアレンジしていただきました。メールで事前に連絡しましたが、対応は早く説明は分かりやすかったです。朝食が素晴らしく、メインを選ぶスタイルでメキシカンが充実していてどれも美しく盛られおいしかったです。ユカタン名物も含まれていました。

Pros:

Bel hôtel avec ses décors, ses terrasses, ses oiseaux, ses piscines (eau fraîche). Bon petit déjeuner avec les tables au niveau du bar et du patio (ses plantes, ses quelques moustiques matinaux) : un choix diversifié avec le package de base et son menu.
Personnel bien présent et attentionné. Bar et restaurant (non testé) ouvert jusqu'à 21h-21h30.
Emplacement à deux rues du Zecalo même si l'ambiance du Centro assez morne en cette saison, avec essentiellement des hôtels pour touristes.
Équipement de la chambre correct avec frigo (et mini bar payant), bon lit.

Cons:

Salle de bain un peu ancienne, peu de place pour les trousses de toilette.
Chambre 102 au niveau de patio avec portes et fenêtres traditionnelles, une mini terrasse inutilisable au pied d'une courrette 2m2 : insonorisation néant avec le service du petit déjeuner ou les départs dès 7h. Cela fonctionne bien avec le décalage horaire ! De toutes les façons, il fait trop chaud après.
Prise de tête et cinéma en live au moment du check out avec une serviette sale (par notre faute avec poussière et terre de l'exterieur) : 200 pesos pour non respect du règlement intérieur long comme le bras que tu signes à l'arrivée.

Досада только с персоналом.

С персоналом печалька полная.
На ресепшн нам хотели втюхать маленький номер вместо заказанного 26метрового с кухней назвав это апгрейд пришлось немного возмущаться и дали суперский номер.
На завтраке мы только меню ждали полчаса, хотелось уже встать и уйти. Не очень приятные официанты

séjour agréable proche du centre-ville
