Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht.
Pros:

Frühstück und Lage sind sehr gut.

Cons:

Es war zu laut. Ab 05.30 Uhr waren die Bewirtschaftungsgeräusche so laut, dass man nicht mehr schlafen konnte. Nachmittags und abends war die Musik von der hauseigenen Bar so laut, dass man sich in dem hellhörigen Zimmer nicht ausruhen konnte. Hinzu kam abendliches und nächtliches extremes Hundegebell aus der Nachbarschaft. Ein Teil des Zimmers war abgetrennt und bildete hinter einer Glastür einen optisch netten, aber zu nichts nutzbaren Raum. Das kleine Bad roch schlecht, im WC-Bereich war es feucht. Bei der Begrüßung bekamen wir ein dreiseitiges Papier ausgehändigt, das beschrieb, was wir alles nicht dürfen.

Bel hôtel dans un décor verdoyant
Pros:

La deco est vraiment très réussie, on se croirait dans un oasis de nature , contraste avec la rue ! Le petit déjeuner est excellent : fruits frais , plats ..,

Cons:

Les chambres de part la configuration de l’hôtel ont des fenêtres qui donnent sur la cour et passage des résidents , pas de vue et chambres sombres

Cons:

Les chambres sont très mal insonorisées, un patio intérieur laisse monter tous les bruits des chambres du dessous et les portes ferment très mal, et les chiens du voisin aboient sans cesse.

Stil und Atmosphäre mitten in der Altstadt.
Pros:

Ausgesprochen schön und sehr stilvoll gestaltet, gemütlich, eine Oase in der Altstadt. Lage perfekt um die schöne Innenstadt zu erwandern.

Cons:

Mit Auto anreisen ist etwas kompliziert. Schwer vor dem Hotel anzuhalten, nach dem Ausladen muss Auto 2 Blocks weiter geparkt werden.

Pros:

Uitstekend ontbijt! Het beste ontbijt van de 9 verblijven waar we tijdens onze reis in Mexico zijn verbleven. Idyllisch hotel midden in de stad, een oase van rust met de velen prachtige planten.

Hotel is beautiful, but they have a serious soundproofing issue (dog shelter next door)
Pros:

The decor and staff is what makes this place special. Everyone was welcoming and helpful. Overall ambiance is lovely. We had booked the Superior King Suite with balcony overlooking the main patio area below. Unfortunately, due to the location of this room (upper floor and directly above the dining/kitchen area) you hear every conversation, klink of silverware, coffee machine, kitchen prep, etc. They graciously moved us to a room a bit further back that was more comfortable.

Cons:

While the hotel itself is beautiful, the constant noise of the dog shelter next door completely ruined our stay. The barking (guessing 15+ dogs) starts and is magnified/amplified by the long design of the hotel - especially on the second floor. We stayed four nights, and the barking occurs about every 15 minutes at various times of the day. At night, it woke us up at 1 a.m, 4 a.m, 6 a.m., even with "white noise" playing on our phone to try and block it out. We mentioned it to the hotel, and they note that they have tried to address the issue with the owner next door with no luck.

For breakfast (included in our stay), the juices, coffees and fruit bowls were delicious. The main breakfast options fell a bit flat. Ordered an egg "casserole" which was just two overcooked eggs on the bottom/undercooked eggs on top sitting on a bed of bland beans and few bites of longonista sausage. Chilaquiles the next morning was a mound of tortilla squares with insufficient sauce. All breakfast egg dishes literally had no seasoning.

Sadly, I would not recommend this hotel.

A beautiful hotel in a very convenient location with very friendly staff
Pros:

the hotel was beautifully decorated and well maintained. The building was a charming colonial building. It had two beautiful pools and a number of lovely terraces with beautiful plants. The staff were great and the location was very convenient. We loved it!

Cons:

The bathroom was not the best. The shower was very weak and the toilet flooded on the first night, but they fixed it the next day. Everything else was excellent.

Pros:

Hotel con mucho encanto y bien ubicado en Valladolid, todo muy cuidado, habitaciones bonitas y buen desayuno.

Cons:

Los cerramientos de las ventanas de las habitaciones no son perfectos y en la vivienda contigua tienen muchos perros que, por momentos, ladran muy fuerte, por lo que no es todo lo tranquilo que hubiera sido deseable.

Fabulous and restful oasis in the heart of Valladolid!
Pros:

The hotel is a gorgeous oasis in the center of Pueblo Magico Valladolid. The interior courtyard was truly magical, and afforded the opportunity to dine, relax or work in a verdant green garden setting by the two pools. Rooms were stylish, comfortable and well appointed, the restaurant was excellent, and the staff were outstanding. We will be back!

Cons:

Advance notice about the offsite parking would have been appreciated, as arrival/departure can be tricky with loading in front of the hotel, as the lot is two blocks away. WiFi was also challenging in the hotel for the occasional work call, though staff did their best to find solutions. Additional venting in bathrooms would be nice due to the sulfuric smell from the groundwater.
