Very clean and charming hotel with very nice staff and great attention to details. The location is great too.
Bellissima struttura immersa nel verde, personale molto accogliente. Molta attenzione al rispetto della pulizia e del silenzio. Ottima colazione. Camera spaziosa. Una piccola boutique annessa. 2 piscine

Very beautiful hotel and the staff are very nice.
Wifi nor data work in the rooms so cannot do any work if you need to. It’s in the middle of town not in a remote place so this is odd.
No mosquito nets on the windows or balcony so you cannot open them to have any fresh air .
Mattress is not very comfortable and pillows are rock hard .
30 mins to check in and sign about 5 pages of rules with many reasons for fines . Never had to do this in any hotel before. They even charge you for new towels / linen if they are not clean at check out 🤷🏻♀️
Close to city centre, staff polite and helpful
Parking in a different location (not mentioned till you go there), water temperature in the shower not always stable, pools cold, room with no isolation
La proximité du centre-ville, possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner à l’emporter (si départ tôt le matin) et le parking à disposition.
L’insonorisation de la chambre n’était pas bonne du tout. Il y avait beaucoup de bruits provenant de l’extérieur (en particulier les aboiements de chien, discussions et l’écoulement de la fontaine dans la piscine). La chambre n’était pas très spacieuse et il n’y avait pas de place pour ranger ses affaires personnelles.
Il manquerait un petit étendoir dans les chambres pour pouvoir sécher ses affaires de plage/piscine.
Très bel hotel atypique, bien situé en proximité du centre de Valladolid.
Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Le personnel est accueillant et avenant.

A beautiful establishment, ideally located just a short distance from the city center of Valladolid, with convenient nearby parking included. The cuisine is of very good quality, and the welcome cocktail is particularly enjoyable. The hotel also features two lovely indoor swimming pools, adding to the overall comfort and appeal of the stay.
On the downside, it can be extremely noisy early in the morning, as the staff seem to forget that guests are still sleeping. Additionally, the staff are not particularly warm or welcoming—especially in the evening—which does not really encourage guests to linger and enjoy a drink at the bar.
Ist sauber, relativ zentrale Lage, schöner grüner Hinterhof.
Durch bellende Hunde in der Nachbarschaft in der Nacht sehr sehr laut. Leider viele Mücken durch Pool und Pflanzen im Hof. Die Pools sind durch das eiskalte Wasser leider nicht wirklich nutzbar. Matratzen sind sehr weich. Parkplatz ist nicht im Hotel sondern zwei Straßen weiter im offenen Gelände. Man muss am Anfang viele Zettel unterschreiben, was man auch nicht ablehnen kann, da nicht stornierbar. Am Ende mussten wir eine alte billige Kaffeemaschine mit dem Neupreis (350 Pesos) ersetzen, da wir anscheinend einen winzig kleinen Plastikteil am Deckel gebrochen haben sollen, was nicht gestimmt hat. Lächerlich! Das ist für ein Hotel in dieser hohen Preisklasse nicht akzeptabel! Das hat die ganze Stimmung zerstört!
Un très bel hôtel. Le personnel est adorable et chaleureux. Les chambres sont très confortables et bien équipées. L'hôtel est très bien situé. Je recommande.

Two pools, two amazing terraces…the space for the restaurant is really great. The rooms are big and functional. The breakfast is delicious, great selection of dishes.
Our room was a little in the middle, so we were hearing all the noises.
They have a politic to check the room before you check-out to verify that you didn’t break or ruin anything. They also tell you that you cannot leave the towels with trace of make up or something else otherwise it will be extra cost. Anyway it’s super weird but otherwise the hotel is really great
Très belle expérience ! L’emplacement est idéal, les deux piscines sont très agréables et la décoration est vraiment soignée. Le petit-déjeuner est très copieux, ce qui est un vrai plus, et le personnel a été adorable tout au long du séjour. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Breakfast starts too late (7:00 am) while most of trips for tourists start earlier and cannot enjoy the breakfast. The staff promised a lunch box to substitute the breakfast, but we never received it.
The room was very cleaned and every day the staff changes the towels. However, we found a small faded stain on the white sheets.
Très bel hôtel à taille humaine, personnel très attentif. Les terrasses avec vues sur la ville sont magnifiques et offrent de beaux espaces pour se reposer au soleil. Les petits déjeuners inclus sont excellents !
Comme les chambres donnent sur un patio en intérieur, les bruits extérieurs résonnent vite et c'est un peu bruyant la nuit mais cela n'empêche pas de bien dormir quand même.

The street where is located the hotel is not the more beautiful but you quickly forget it once you are in the hotel.
It could be a little bit noisy in the evening but nothing too loud.

On checkout they had the gall to try and charge us for a towel that had green avocado stains on it!!! Never happened in the many hundreds of hotels we have stayed in !!!!
