Un titlu potrivit ar putea fi: O experiență de neuitat la Hotel Europe!
Pros:

Am avut parte de o experiență minunată la Sunny Beatch Hotel Europe din Bulgaria, la etajul 14. Priveliștea este spectaculoasă, cazarea foarte confortabilă, iar mesele gustoase și variate. Personalul a fost extrem de amabil și atent la fiecare detaliu – am fost întâmpinati in un camera cu șampanie, iar de ziua mea am avut parte de o surpriză pregătită de hotel, totul din partea casei. M-am simțit cu adevărat răsfățată și binevenită. Recomand cu mare drag acest hotel pentru profesionalism, ospitalitate și atmosfera deosebită!

Un hotel fff bun
Pros:

Totul, camere ca in poze, confortabile, curățenie, mâncare foarte gustoasa, s-a mai repetat insa mereu am găsit combinații. Regret ca am fost sceptica si m-am luat dupa recenzii efectiv rautacioase ! Hotelul este de 4*, lenjeria si prosoape schimbate zilnic, toata lumea a fost normala, amabila, cu zambetul pe buze, orice am dorit s-a solutionat, atmosfera a fost relaxanta timp de 4 zile, nu galagie cum am mai citit. Chiar o sa fie pentru ultima data cand am sa ma mai iau dupa recenzii. Mergeti cu încredere la hotel Europe! Si ca bonus pt ca a fost aniversarea mea am gasit in camera o sticla de șampanie la gheata si un dulce ! Felicitari dlui manager si intregului personal ! Noi o sa mai revenim aici, plus ca nisipul si plaja din Sunny sunt efectiv de top, mai tari decat in Grecia !

Pros:

Hotelul este foarte frumos si curat.Personalul foarte amabil si prietenos.Ne-a impresionat foarte mult primirea inedita, cu o sticla de sampanie si bomboane care ne-au fost oferite in camere de catre personalul hotelului.Multumim intregii echipe, de la receptioneri,ospatari si pana la conducerea hotelului.

Като цяло доброто местоположение не успя да компенсира недостатъците в обслужването и удобствата.
Pros:

Посетихме хотела наскоро и като цяло единственото, което ни хареса, беше доброто разположение – близо до плажа и с приятна околност.

Cons:

За съжаление обаче останахме разочаровани от редица неща. В обявата в Booking беше посочено, че хотелът разполага със собствен плаж, но такъв нямаше, което наложи да заплащаме за чадър и шезлонг. В стаята миришеше тежко и неприятно, а не на чистота. Освен това в банята имаше мигаща лампа, която не беше отремонтирана, а почистването като цяло беше незадоволително. При смяната на хавлиите дори беше пропуснато да се остави хавлия за тяло и се наложи да използваме кърпа за лице. Храната също не беше особено вкусна през повечето време.
