Pros:

The shuttle service to the airport was excellent and easily arranged by the front desk. It was so convenient to have delicious dinner, drinks, and breakfast provided so that we could dine on site. Room was nice and beds very comfortable.

Back to the Marriott Chain for me.
Pros:

Much confusion regarding the rate I was promised vs. the rate I was charged. Pool was not heated and very cold. Disappointed that beverages were not allowed at the pool, even in plastic. Kickback reception was great, although it is certainly incorporated in the price of the room. Our room was unusually small and cramped. The easy chair was shoved into an awkward location against the wall next to the bed.

Drury Inn is the best ! Hardly recommend. Is not expensive and you have everything in there ! Thanks a lot .

Everything! Is next to airport , breakfast , dinner and drinks or cocktails for customers are free and delicious , HBO free , popcorn machine free, soda machine and coffee machine 24/7 ! staff very helpful, spacious & clean rooms, free shuttle to airport , Uber is cheap to go to every place.

Great hotel experience!
Pros:

Great hotel for anyone flying out of Sky Harbor! Park and Fly is available, free shuttle to the airport and delicious evening snacks and beverages are available. We stay there everytime we have an early flight for a hassle free experience.

This is what a family owned business looks like.
Pros:

We traveled to the Women's Final Four Basketball Tournament in the beginning of April. The location perfectly fit our needs. The hotel was spacious, clean and offered extra amenities such as a variety filled breakfast, a 5:00 PM complementary buffet and a steady stream of freshly popped popcorn. What made this place really stand out was the excellent staff: well trained, well informed, friendly and accommodating. We plan to attend the 2027 Final Four in Columbus. Ohio. The first thing we did when we returned from this trip was to check to see if there was a Drury Inn and Suites in Columbus. There is and it is where we will reserve rooms for our next Final Four experience.

Nice overnight stay
Pros:

Airport shuttle was very handy. Customer service attendant offered us happy hour drink coupons before checking in, so we wouldn’t miss the happy hour. That was a nice touch. Happy hour snacks were a nice bonus. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choices. Room was simple, but had all the required amenities.

Pros:

Excellent hotel. They have free breakfast and free snack snacks and alcohol drinks. Popcorn available and coffee available all the time. Nice pool.
