We are looking forward to our 4th stay there, in four months, because of the quality of the hotel and staff.
Pros:

This was a very convenient location with. Bunch of nice additional features.

Cons:

All of the staff members were professional and friendly. This has become our go to location in our travels through Phoenix.

Easy shuttle ride to and from the airport. Clean room, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. As someone who never eats breakfast, I can’t tell you how much the evening kickback was appreciated! Highly recommend if you need an easy and comfortable stay.

Thank you for a wonderful final night for our week long Arizona adventure!
Pros:

When we checked in, I found out our room was upgraded, a nice PLUS. We knew about the free breakfast, but we come to find out that there was a complimentary dinner, a major PLUS! We were also given free drink tickets, albeit we didn't use them, but that was very nice! Overall, and EXCELENT place to say before departing Phoenix.

Excellent location for access to the airport. Free shuttle to and from was excellent and timely.
The hotel was clean and the staff was fantastic. The attendant was very helpful and worked with us wonderfully.
Dinner from the in hotel restaurant met all of out 11 guests needs for variety and comfort for all ages 1 to 70.

Cons:

Better customer service from the phone center with more pertinence / concern and proper information when I called before arrival. She was very rushed and no concerns or proper information during my call or desire to help.

I had a great stay at the Drury Inn Phoenix Airport. The highlight of my visit was the wonderful woman who checked me in. She was originally from St. Louis too, so it was fun to have that hometown connection. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made the check-in process quick and easy.

My room was clean, comfortable, and included a refrigerator, which was a nice convenience. The bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly—definitely appreciated in the Arizona heat!

Overall, it was a great stay, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again the next time I’m in Phoenix.
